was established in 2009 to grow the multi-brand portfolio of Centara International Hotels and Resorts both in Thailand and globally on a strategic, owner friendly basis with a focus on quality, brand standards and unparalleled service levels that provide optimal financial returns to hotel and resort owners and developers.
We are looking for opportunities for the following brands:
In the development stage, we provide assistance in respect of market feasibility, financial modeling and business planning prior to construction of the hotel or resort. Once a decision has been made to proceed we provide technical services covering project development and design advice as well as procurement services. In the months prior to the hotel opening we provide an on site pre-opening team headed by a seasoned opening general manager which focuses on putting operational policies, procedures and structures in place with a special emphasis on financial control, human resources development and training and sales and marketing.
Once the hotel or resort is open, the hotel or resort general manager and his team work from a planned agreed between the owner and Centara which is reviewed on a monthly basis. All hotels and resorts operate within the bounds of proven company wide systems which provide corporate financial and procedural controls designed to monitor operating results and maximize performance and owner returns. Centara’s management philosophy is simple: hands-on hospitality. We combine strong centralized control and direction linked to focused sales activities at both the local hotel and international market level.
We manage a diverse portfolio with a flexible approach, speedy decision making in the face of today’s rapidly changing and challenging market conditions, and a core focus on long term group sales relationships, MICE business and key corporate accounts while at the same time catering for the premium FIT segment.
We are especially interested in helping owners of existing hotels and resorts who would like to either brand a property for the first time or re-flag a property in order to reduce their risk or enhance their returns in these challenging times and have a dedicated team in place to help each owner transition his property to the Centara brand and sales network.
