Seaplane Transfer Services at Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives: Roundtrip seaplane services (25 minute air transfer time per way), operated by Maldivian Air Taxi (MAT) only during daylight hours and Villa Air (trading as Flyme) will operate a schedule flight after dark from Male to Maamagili Airport located in the South Ari Atoli 15 minutes boat transfer to our resort, and transfer to domestic seaplane terminal are chargeable at USD 390 nett per adult / USD 195 nett per child under 12 years old and infants under 2 years free of charge:
- Seaplane transfer rates are subject to 6% GST - valid from now until 31th October 2012
Seaplane reservations are only available for bookings made outside 48 hours, subject to availability, tides, weather, and sea conditions, & Maldivian Air Taxi (MAT)'s terms & conditions. |

Terms & Conditions:
- Important Notice - This is a special rate applicable and valid only for Travel Industry Members / Employees. Upon making online reservations, guests are required to provide the actual official company name including its company address, email, and phone number. Failure to provide or deliver the required information, within the Personal Information or Comments section of the booking processes, will cause the automatic cancellation of the reservation. Proof of employment is also required at check-in. Failure to deliver or present the evidence of employment will see a change of rate to "Best Available Tariff" of the day.
- A maximum of 2 rooms per trade member per booking is permitted.
- All room rates for properties in Thailand are nett (inclusive of room, buffet breakfast for 2 persons, service charge, and prevailing government tax) based on per room per night basis and quoted in THB Baht (Non Commissionable).
- For Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives, all room rates are on all-inclusive basis (All Inclusive Benefits) and nett (inclusive of service charge and 3.5% Goods & Services Tax, GST, but subject to additional government bed tax of USD 8 per person per day
) per room per night (2 person basis) and quoted in US Dollars (Non Commissionable). Minimum 4 consecutive night stay is required. A compulsory purchase of seaplane transfer service from/to Male International Airport is necessary and required for all reservations.
- Extra Bed & Compulsory Child Share Surcharge rates are nett per person per night and also include buffet breakfast.
- Reservations are subject to room availability and strictly capacity controlled at the time of reservations.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error.
- Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to cancel or reject bookings automatically if they do not follow our terms & conditions.
- Not applicable to group reservations and reservations for meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions.
Standard Payment, Cancellation, & No Show Policies:
- Reservations may be amended in advance without penalty (subject to room availability and new rates applied).
- Full payment will be settled upon checking in/out at the resort.
- Cancellations (more than 7 days before arrival for Maldives resort OR more than 24 hours before arrival for other properties): No charge
- Cancellations (less than 7 days before arrival for Maldives resort OR less than 24 hours before arrival for other properties): 1 night charge
- No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
- Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
