Remarks for bookings at Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives:
  • For Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa, Maldives, Domestic air services with Flyme operate at regular scheduled intervals throughout the day from the domestic terminal at Velana International Airport in Malé to Maamagili airport in the South Ari Atoll. 15 minute speedboat transfers to the resort are also included. Luggage allowance is 25kg per person. Flights also operate after dark with the last flight departing around 11pm.
  • Additional Supplement applies for guests who prefer to transfer by Seaplane. Seaplane service operates during daylight hours. After dark, air services will also operate via Domestic flight to the new South Ari Airport Terminal located 15 minutes via speedboat transfer from the resort. Pricing for day or night service is the same. Seaplane rate is net inclusive of GST.
General Terms & Conditions:
  • Rates are based on per room per night and subject to 10% Service charge and Value Added Tax.
  • Complimentary breakfast is included in room rate based on room type configuration.
  • Rates are applicable for Travel Industry Contract Holder Partner.
  • Reservation confirmation is subject to full company name and its relevant details including company address Email address and telephone number. Please provide such required information, within the Personal Information or Comment section during the booking processes for verification. Proof of employment such as Company name card, Employee ID card. Failure to present requested document, Best Available Rate will automatically apply for the reservation.
  • A maximum of 2 rooms per trade member per booking is permitted.
  • Rates are for individual reservation only and subject to space availability at time of reservation.
  • Rates are not applicable for group reservations, meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions.
  • Rates are not combinable with any other promotion at time of reservation.
  • Weekend supplement rate and or Festive Season Surcharge per room per night may apply.
  • Club Benefits are included in room rate for Club Room Categories
  • Complimentary stay for children less than 12 years of age sharing parent’s room and bedding (up to Maximum 2 children depending on Room Category).
  • Extra Bed or Sofa Bed Charge for adult or child may apply if requested and confirmed.
  • Baby cot is complimentary and available upon request.
  • All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Centara Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at our discretion without the need to justify such refusal. In some instances we may also cancel or reject a reservation due to obvious errors, inaccuracies or typographical errors, including but not limited to inaccuracies relating to pricing or availability applicable to your booking. Centara Hotels and Resorts shall not assume responsibility or liability for any such inaccuracies or errors and shall have no obligation to honor bookings. Centara Hotels and Resorts have the right to cancel any illegitimate reservations found to be made, including without limitation, reselling or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations. Any misuse of the system intentionally or unintentionally will result in cancellation of the booking.
Payment, Cancellation, Amendment, & Non Arrival Policies:
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card number that is valid throughout the entire stay.
  • Full Prepayment applied based on all night stay at applicable room rate and are non refundable.
  • Full charge applied based on all night stay in case of cancellation, non-arrival, shorten stay or early departure.
  • Booking amendment is not permitted.
  • Full Prepayment of "Optional Service" applied at the time of reservation and are non refundable.
