CHIC World is a reward programme which is just one way we have of ensuring that your ever-growing support does not go unnoticed. The Platinum card, which will entitle the holder to additional benefits and privileges, will automatically be issued as soon as the required level of points accumulated is attained.

If you are not as yet a CHIC World member, please contact our sales staffs for an application form or fill the online application form on the Enrollment page. There is no application fee for the enrollment. We guarantee that it will be more than worth your while.

 

What is CHIC World?

  • CHIC World stands for Centara Hotline for Important Clients at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld. It is a reward programme for hotel bookers making accommodation and group meeting reservations on behalf of their companies.
  • In appreciation, we have developed CHIC World reward programme to offer special benefits and CHIC World rewards for the enthusiastic support on Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld.
  • As a CHIC World member, you will have access to the exclusive Centara Hotline for any reservation by providing your name and CHIC World card number.

  • 45% discount on all published room rates on weekdays (Sunday - Thursday) & 35% discount on weekends (Friday - Saturday) throughout Centara Hotels & Resorts (not applicable during long weekends or public holidays).
  • Free extra bed for child under 12 years old sharing the same room with their parents.
  • 20% discount for laundry at Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
  • 10% discount on food at any restaurant outlets of Centara Hotels & Resorts and 30% discount on food only at any restaurant outlets of Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
  • 15% discount for all treatments at all SPA Cenvaree of Centara Hotels & Resorts and 40% discount for all treatments at SPA Cenvaree of Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
  • 20% discount on Fitness Centre membership and 3 month extension for the 1st year at Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
  • One night complimentary room at Centara Grand at CentralWorld per year.
  • Complimentary Birthday Cake (will be presented by our sales staff).
  • 5% reduction off promotional rates available directly from Centara Hotels & Resorts.

CHIC World Point Calculation Structure

  • Points calculated and collected are generated from all your reservations of room or meeting/function during 1 January - 31 December each year.
  • All points calculated and collected must be generated from all your reservations made through our local office only, not applied to oversea offices.
  • For any room reservations, points will be calculated based on the following structure:
              Baht (THB) 4,500 of a made payment = 1 point

  • For any meeting/function reservations, points will be calculated based on the following structure:
              Baht (THB) 15,000 of a made payment = 1 point

  • Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld reserves the rights to change the calculation structure (fixed variables: 4,500 and 15,000), programme, or conditions at any time without priority notice.
  • CHIC World members may earn extra points during special seasonal promotions (to be announced by Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld - conditions applied).

 


Reward Claim Conditions

  • A point redemption is eligible for a single membership itself only. Points cannot be shared or transfered to others.
  • For hotel room redemption and reservation, they will be booked and honoured under published rate or corporate rate. Points cannot be earned by complimentary stay or barter reservation.
  • Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld reserves the rights to change any programme or conditions at any time without priority notice.
  • A CHIC World member is eligible to claim rewards at anytime until 31 December each year.
  • Points are accumulated for reward redemption on a yearly basis only (1 January - 31 December).
  • All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • If the hotel is unable to honour any prizes, a similar prizes of equal value points will be awarded.
  • A CHIC World member must complete the redemption form and submit to our sales staff at least 2 weeks in advance for entitlement of reward.
