Terms & Conditions:

• Full payment is required at the time of making reservation at Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon Thani
• Room rates are on per room per night basis and subject to 10% service charge and 7% prevailing government tax
• Free breakfast is included on the paid nights (maximum 2 persons per room)
• Compulsory American breakfast charge on the free night stay is based on per person basis and each hotel's charging policy
• Complimentary room stay for children under 12 years of age (maximum 2) sharing parents' room and bedding
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error
• Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they do not follow our terms & conditions
• Not applicable to group reservations and reservations for meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions

• Reservations may be amended in advance without penalty (subject to room availability and new rates applied)
• Full payment will be settled upon checking in/out at the hotel / resort
• Cancellations (more than 24 hours before arrival): No charge
• Cancellations (less than 24 hours before arrival): 1 night charge
• No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
• Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
• Non cancellation or Non-Refundable
• Full payment will be charged at point of reservation
• Cancellations: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
• Amendments: Not allowed
• No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
• Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
