Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for stays from 1 May - 31 October 12
• Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht, per room per night and subject to 10% service charge and 7% prevailing government taxes
• Free breakfast is included (maximum 2 persons per room)
• Rates are not combinable with other promotions available during the same period
• Complimentary room stay for children under 12 years of age (maximum 2) sharing parents' room and bedding. Extra bed/sofa bed will be chargeable
• Bookings are subject to space availability at time of reservations
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error
• Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they are not followed by our terms & conditions
• Not applicable to group reservations and reservations for meeting, incentive, convention, and exhibition

Payment, Cancellation, Amendment, & No Show Policies:

• Full payment will be charged at point of reservation
• Full cancellation charge applied if cancel less than 3 days prior to arrival
• Any short stay or early departure is subject to full charge equals to full period of stay
• No refund in case of non arrival
