Room rates are on per room per night basis and subject to 10% service charge and 7% prevailing government tax
Free breakfast is included (maximum 2 persons per room)
Club benefits are included for only One Bedroom Premium Deluxe Pool Suite in the room rate. For room types (Premium Deluxe, Deluxe Pool Suite and One Bedroom Suite), additional club benefits are payable at the resort on your arrival date at THB 2400++ / adult and THB 1200++ / child
Complimentary room stay for children under 12 years of age sharing parents room and bedding. Extra bed will be chargeable
A minimum 3 consecutive night stay is required from 29 December 2011 to 2 January 2012
Compulsory Gala/Theme Dinner is required on 31 December 2011 (Gala Dinner charge is at THB 6,500 nett / adult and THB 3,250 nett / child) Compulsory Gala / Theme Dinner charge is not yet included in the room rates and subject to be paid locally upon arrival
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay
All rates are subject to change without prior notice
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error

Payment, Cancellation, Amendment & No Show Policies:

Reservations may be amended in advance without penalty (subject to room availability and new rates applied)
Cancellations (more than 24 hours before arrival): No charge
Cancellations (less than 24 hours before arrival): 1 night charge
Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay
No show: Full amount of charge of the entire stay
