Seaplane Transfer Services: Roundtrip seaplane services (25 minute air transfer time per way), operated by Maldivian Air Taxi (MAT) only during daylight hours, including meet, assist, and transfer to domestic seaplane terminal are chargeable at USD 310 nett per adult / USD 155 nett per child under 12 years old. Seaplane reservations are only available for bookings made outside 48 hours, subject to availability, tides, weather, and sea conditions, & Maldivian Air Taxi (MAT)'s terms & conditions.

Speedboat Transfer Services: Roundtrip speedboat services (1.40 hour transfer time per way), operated by Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives to both scheduled daytime and nighttime, including meet, assist, and transfer to speedboat pier are chargeable at USD 250 nett per adult / USD 125 nett per child under 12 years old. Private roundtrip speedboat services are also available & chargeable at USD 1,100 nett per boat (maximum of 12 persons). Speedboat reservations are only available for bookings made outside 24 hours, subject to availability, schedules, tides, weather, and sea conditions, & resort's terms & conditions. Terms & Conditions:
- Validity: Now - 21 December 2010.
- Minimum 4 consecutive night stay is required.
- A compulsory purchase of either seaplane or speedboat transfer service from/to Male International Airport is necessary and required for all reservations.
- Room rates and Extra Person Share Surcharge quoted in US Dollars are on all-inclusive basis (Fully Inclusive - All Inclusive Benefits) and nett (inclusive of service charge but subject to additional government bed tax of USD 8 nett per person per day).
- Room Rates are based on per room per night basis (2 person basis for all room types, except 4 person basis for 2 Bedroom Luxury Beach Front Pool Villa - Island Club).
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error.
- Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they do not follow our terms & conditions.
- Centara Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for poor tides, weather, and sea conditions causing the journey impossible to operate at the scheduled times (cancelled / delayed transfer services on both seaplane and speedboat), and the charges will be non-refundable. However, Centara Hotels & Resorts will assist the guests to organize an alternative overnight accommodation with breakfast in Male instead with no additional charge including finding the alternative transfer option & arrangement for guests on the following day (subject to availability).
Payment, Cancellation, & No Show Policies:
- Reservations may be amended in advance without penalty (subject to room availability and new rates applied).
- Full payment will be settled upon checking in/out at the resort.
- Cancellations (more than 7 days before arrival): No charge
- Cancellations (less than 7 days before arrival): 1 night charge
- No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
- Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
