  • For Club room types, Club benefits are included on the paid nights (maximum 2 persons per room).
  • Compulsory American breakfast and/or The Club charge on the free night stay is based on per person basis and each hotel­s charging policy.
  • Complimentary room stay for children under 12 years of age (maximum 2) sharing parents­ room and bedding. Extra bed/sofa bed will be chargeable.
  • Complimentary afternoon tea or coffee break is included for (maximum) 2 persons for one time per stay.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay.
  • All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error.
  • Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they do not follow our terms & conditions.
  • Not applicable to group reservations and reservations for meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions.

Standard Payment, Cancellation, & No Show Policies ( during Low & High Season ):
  • Reservations may be amended in advance without penalty (subject to room availability and new rates applied)
  • Full payment will be settled upon checking in/out at the hotel / resort
  • Cancellations (more than 24 hours before arrival): No charge
  • Cancellations (less than 24 hours before arrival): 1 night charge
  • No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
  • Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge full amount of the total cost of stay
