Khum Phaya Resort & Spa, Centara Boutique Collection

NOTRE HISTOIRE

Beautiful, comfortable hotel with kind and helpful staff
Beautiful old hotel with a lot of surrounding greenery. Very helpful staff, good food, and spacious rooms near shopping mall and local restaurants. Very good travel services for tours. Not centrally located near river or riverside restaurants but a short ride away.

    Enjoyable stay with extended family
Had an enjoyable stay with extended family of 10 with 2 young children aged 2. Close proximity to coffee bars and bakeries just outside the resort. Central Festival Mall a short drive away. Very attentive resort personnel. Tour desk personnel very helpful and recommend to do the tours as good experience and value for money.

    Hidden gem
It is a large resort for Chiang Mai but more like a boutique style resort compared to the big island resorts. You feel a bit like in an echanted village. So much green and the beauty of the Lanna houses make it look as if you are in a fairy tale. From images i saw online.I expected that the resort had lost a bit of its original glory so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Khum Phaya and was lead to our pool access room with its giant princess bed and spa shower and bath tub. The pool right at the balcony is spectacular. The beds are so comfy, we overslept the first breakfast but the staff was so nice to give us extra time. The location is a bit off the main area. Approx 1 hour by foot to old town or a 15 - 20 min short taxi ride away.

Beautiful architecture and gorgeous gardens. Don't miss it!
Coming out of the taxi, we were already sold to this beautiful resort build following Lanna traditional architecture. The pool is just amazing with all those trees and beautiful gardens. Try booking a room by the pool.

A good hotel to stay in Chiengmai
Good place Excellent staff and services Good food with reasonable price Green and privacy We were impressed at once by the front office lovely smiling staff. There served us pleasantly with their lovely smiling faces all the time. They explained nicely about the facilities in the hotel clearly. The room is very good with top facilities. The taste of foods in the restaurant were very good and the prices are reasonable. There are lots of aromatic trees ,in fact it is green all over the area in the hotel. We could sense aroma from the trees walking in the hotel garden. It is so nice to walk around. The place is privacy and no disturbing noise. This hotel is a very good place to stay with the feeling of relaxing.

Little Lana village 15 mins from Old Chiangmai city
Khum Phaya Resort & Spa is a lovely Lana village at the outskirt of Old Chiangmai city. If you book the ground floor pool facing rooms, you can jump straight into the pool from your balcony! I highly recommend a treatment or massage at the relaxing spa. Their therapist are professional and well trained and we went back again after our first visit! The location is only 15-20 mins from most Chiangmai city attractions and eateries. The resort is suitable for both couples and family
