DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ASSET MANAGEMENT

1. Management Reporting

• To assist Corporate Asset Management Manager in producing & tracking timely and accurate performance reports comparing budget, year on year and competitors for the management team together with supporting analysis on a weekly & monthly basis.
• To assist in performing any other research/analysis or tasks requested (Nationality, Market Segment analysis etc.).
• Assist in preparation of presentation for Risk Management Meeting, Annual Meeting of GMs & FCs or any requested.

2. Operation Supporting

• Coordinating with BI team or other departments to get an information needed / provide them an appropriate assistance.
• Monitoring and advise to GMs & FCs about sending Flash and Market Analysis (Comp set) reports through BI system.

3. Assist in other special issues as requested to support the management decision.

INVESTOR RELATIONS

• To support monthly information to Investor Relation Manager.
• To collect data and assist in providing answers to analysts.
• To support the company’s action/plan involving capital market.
• To assist Investor Relation Manager, handle communication with investors, ensure information flow to meet investors’ requirement and maintain their understanding / interest for the benefit of confidence on the company.
• To arrange investor meetings & road show activities, attend and develop meaningful presentation material for the management.
• To assist Investor Relation Manager, manage relationships and monitor investors’ behavior to prepare feedback/perception report for the management for decision making on further course of actions required.
• Assist in other special issues as requested to support Investor Relation Activities.
