General Job Duties

• Check-in and check-out service. Food and beverage service in the lounge.
• Provide initial response and follow-up to guest complaints, inquiries, and comments.
• Review guest comments and online feedback, process appropriately, and review operations to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to room revenue through room upselling.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in a similar position within an international hotel is not required but welcomed
• Conversational English proficiency
• Pre-opening hotel experience is not required but welcomed

Monthly Salary

• 230,000円~
