Black Pepper Tofu with Broccoli

Healthy menu “Stir-fried tofu and broccoli in black pepper sauce”.

Secret: The pan must be well heated and the duration of stir-frying should not be that long, so that we’ll get fresh greenish broccoli.

Ingredients

  1. Broccoli 150g
  2. Hard white tofu 150g
  3. Garlic 20g
  4. Oyster sauce 1 tbs
  5. Chicken stock 3 tbs
  6. Black pepper 1 ts
  7. Vegetable oil 1 ts

Let’s COOK!

  1. Heat the pan well, once you start to see smoke, pour the oil into the pan followed by the garlic. Stir-fry until you can smell the scent of the garlic.
  2. Tune the heat halfway down, put the broccoli and tofu into the pan followed by the chicken stock and oyster sauce, stir-fry them together for about 3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the black pepper all over the pan and stir all the ingredients together. Now, everything is ready to be served!
