Fried Rice with Shrimp Chili Paste

Ingredients

  1. Steamed rice 120 G.
  2. River prawns 2 Pcs.
  3. Shrimp paste with soya bean oil 2 Tbsp.
  4. Salted egg 1 Egg.
  5. Cooking oil 2 Tbsp.
  6. Fish sauce ½ Tbsp.
  7. Red onion 30 G.
  8. Tomato 50 G.
  9. Cucumber 50 G.
  10. Thai coriander for decoration

Method

  1. Heat the pan and add the cooking oil
  2. Stir-fry the oil together with shrimp paste
  3. Add rice and stir-fry together while adding fish sauce until the taste is sweet and salty
  4. Place the rice on the plate and decorate with Thai coriander and red onion
  5. Deep-fry the prawns until they are crispy
  6. Add the prawns to your plate, along with the shrimp paste rice
  7. Serve with a salted egg, cucumber, and fresh tomato
