Pineapple Fried Rice recipe

Lucky for those who live in tropical countries – it’s time for a mixing taste party! At first sight, pineapple fried rice may seem a little unusual for a dish to those who are unfamiliar with this simple Thai menu, but believe us, you’re going to love it!

The cooking itself won’t take too much effort, so anyone can cook it.


  1. Cooked jasmine rice 200 grams
  2. Diced pineapple 75 grams
  3. Diced onions 10 grams
  4. Black raisins 8 grams
  5. Yellow raisins 8 grams
  6. Cashew nuts 15 grams
  7. Yellow curry powder 5 grams
  8. Friend red onion 15 grams
  9. Unsalted butter 20 grams
  10. Dices carrots 20 grams
  11. Chopped spring onion 10 grams
  12. Meat 90 grams (pork, shrimp, chicken or any preferable )
  13. Salt 5 grams
  14. Soy sauce 20 grams

Cooking TIME!

  1. Melt the unsalted butter in the pan with medium heat.
  2. When the butter is melted, add meat and onion. Stir-fry until well cooked.
  3. Add cooked jasmine rice, yellow curry powder, diced carrots, black and yellow raisins and cashew nuts into the pan, mix them together.
  4. Add dice pineapples into the pan and stir-fry.
  5. Sprinkle salt and soy sauce, stir-fry until all the ingredients are mixed.
  6. Put out the heat. Just before serving, Top your pineapple fried rice with Fried red onion and chopped onion.
  7. Decorate your dish and READY TO SERVE!

For those who've bought the whole pineapple, you can cut it into half, take out all the pulp and use the shell as a plate to make your dish look even more fabulous and so pineapple.
