Exercises

Do each set three times

  1. Sit Ups – 15 Reps
  2. Single Leg Raise – 15 Reps each side
  3. Plank Hip dips – 10 Reps each side
  4. Heel Touches – 15 Reps each side
  5. Flutter Kicks – 30 Seconds
  6. Plank Shoulder Taps – 10 Reps each side
  7. Single Leg Hip Raise – 15 Reps each side
  8. Back Extensions – 15 Reps
