  • Walk Out - 15 Reps
  • Leg Raise - 15 Reps
  • Bridget - 20 Reps
  • Toe Touch - 15 Reps
  • Russian Twist - 10 Reps (each side)
  • Bird Dog - 10 Reps (each side)
  • Windshield Wiper - 10 Reps (each side)
  • Plank Jacks - 15 Reps
