  The best hotel and services

  This is one of the best hotels in Hatyai. The room is clean location is right in centre of everything. We are also greatful to duty manager Chompunuch to so kindly assist us in sorting some booking issues. It’s really helped to put our mind at ease n enjoy our stay in Hatyai.

  Best of times during our stay at Centara Hat Yai

  We arrived late evening but were warmly welcomed back since before Covid! We got 2 beautiful rooms next to each other which we were hoping, but forgot to ask for. We still had time for a stroll around the citycenter to have a look at the nightlife and streetfoodmarket just outside the hotel. After a good nights sleep we spend some time in the pool before heading north. Thank you Centara, we will be back as soon as possible!

  Nice hotel & Friendly staffs

  This is a nice & friendly Hotel, this is the third time I stay here & I only stay here when I visit to hatyai. Everything is this hotel is good, polite & friendly staffs, great breakfast buffet with different choices everyday, high-pressure showerhead, comfortable bed, smooth check in & check out process, I will definitely recommend all my friends and relatives to stay in this Centara hotel & I’m looking forward to come back to this hotel.

  Awesome service and great location

  This is my first stay when we arrived all of your staff are friendly rooms are clean and good facilities provides we all came to join with Songkran Festival and this hotel in the centre easier to get through main street We have great experience and enjoyable because of Ms.Chompunuch we have to say thank you for your help while we are staying there by the way thank you Chef Yan who provided our menu's nice and your Restaurant staff all are nice your breakfast your foods all are awesome test We shall be back again thanks a lot

  Best hotel in Hatyai !

  Besides the location is the best in Hatyai, Centara Hotel Hatyai staffs provide the best service that I ever experiences. They always give me the warmest welcome every time I arrive, especially from Khun Suay, Kanakorn and most of the front desk staffs. They are very friendly and well communicate . Breakfast choices and variety and excellent service especially from Khun Samphan. This round , hotel even up grade my room Premium Deluxe King which . For sure, I will continue chose Centara Hatyai Hatyai as my top priority hotel whenever I travel to Hatyai.

  My favourite Hatyai Hotel

  Best location to weekend market, wet market, spoiled with choice of massage salons and the night Hawkers street. Do not miss nearby Southern Thai Bird' Nest Restaurant that served the best crispy sucking pig and many others on its menu for dinner.

  Exceptional experience

  During my stay this time, I had a few guests with me from Singapore and India, and two of them need to extend the stay for another 2 days. Although I was told that the hotel superior rooms were all fully booked, but the quick thinking and action by the sale manager khun Saruda and especially Supervisor Khun Chompunuch save the day and my guests were very happy that they do not have to move to another hotel

  Overall good my room very clean and nice The staff Ms.Chompunuch and Mr.Thawatchai are great courteously friendly Especially Ms.Chompunuch who did the checked out she asked as remind us have we leave anything important in the safe box or in the room or not this thing good and she also come to farewell us with the beautiful smile and her voice I have a great memorable here sure will be back again

  Holiday trip

  Ms. Chompunuch, her services to us was extremely beyond our expectation. She answer and help us all of our enquires during our stay whenever she was at counter. During our check out day, she had arrange with our request to pre arrange a mini van to transport us from hotel to airport. She even send us off at the 1st storey Cafe, which she greeted us farewell. This was a memorable and extremely touches us. Here again, Thank you to Ms. Chompunuch for here polite, courtesy and caring services, KEEP IT UP. In fact, all of front counter staffs are polite, courteous and patient. Finally, I would highly recommend Hotel Centara to friends and relatives.

  Im stay with my wife and 1 kids. Very nice room, staff was nice and very welcoming. Good facility at the hotel. Hotel is in the city centre, wich is easy to find a restaurant and 7 eleven. Tuk tuk also around the hotel.

  This place in the centre and access to the market like a night walking street down here have many foods many variety of foods Room quite old but clean by the way it is not too bad for me The staff there all are friendly helpful and courteously Front desk Ms.Chompunuch Ms.Kullanan both of them are great service they can turn my feeling from upset to be good mood immediately they can recognize my name and always greeting me and gave me warmest welcome All of this made me a great memorial sure we will be back here again and again

  Valuable Hotel and wonderful staff Ms.Been

  This is My first time to stay here with Centara and I have my first impression while I am checking in with Ms.Been she is a great service mind and her english accent is excellent She always smile politely and did everything for me and my husband seem like a one stop service thats fantastic for me everything when I during stay here made me enjoyable and all staff at front desk very good I think this Hotel is valuable for stay especially the staff Ms.Been thanks for make the normal day to be the wonderful stay with you

  Front desk service is perfect

  Having a great memory in this hotel, the room is very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. The location is very strategic to anyway hotspot in Hat Yai. Breakfast is nice as well. The bar during night is very relaxing.
