Time to Start Planning an Event
Depending on the event, most will need planning at least 3-12 months in advance. For large-scale events that involve hundreds of individuals, those can take 12+ months to plan. Please get in touch with our coordinators as soon as you plan to hold an event or meeting with us.
About the Location
Centara Q Resort Rayong is right on the soft sand leading out to the Gulf of Thailand, perfect for business and leisure trips spent by the water, indulging in evenings wining and dining. Beyond the beach, there are several islands to visit, including popular Koh Samet and Koh Man Nai, as well as several meticulously manicured golf courses on the mainland.
Indoor Event Space
The Quorum function room can accommodate up to 120 people for cocktail receptions or 80 people seated theatre-style for meetings, all complete with great natural light and free Wi-Fi.
Outdoor Event Space
Outdoors, the gardens can accommodate up to 60 people for cocktail receptions, intimate parties or coffee breaks in a fragrant and lush green setting, surrounded by tropical trees.
