  منتجع ضخم ، حديقة مائية جميلة ، مكيفات مزعجة غير باردة

  المميزات ، منتجع ضخم رائع على البحر ، حديقة مائية جميلة ، غالبية العاملون ودودون ، سكنت بغرفة ميراج كلوب وهي جميلة الغرف الأقل أراها ليست جيدة وأقل من مستوى الفندق . العيوب : المكيفات مزعجة ذات ضجيج وتبريد ضعيف جداً يجب تحسينها بشكل كامل وجربت غرفتين وبها نفس المشكلة ، خدمة النقل للسنر سيئة بسبب وجود موظفة كاذبة أتوقع أنها سمسارة وتأخذ أموال وعمولات من التكاسي أسمها grace ، ولها معها أكثر من موقف كمثال رغبت أن أركب باص النقل الذي ب50 بات وكانت تتوقع أن معي عائلتي كالعادة وأخرجت فاتورة الدفع وحينما قلت لها أني لوحدي هذه المرة أغلقت دفتر الفواتير وقالت أنه الباص ممتلئ والباص أمامي فارغ ليس به سوى 3 ركاب قلت لها ذلك قالت هناك أشخاص قاصين تذاكر وينتظرون الباص بالخارج عند البوابة وهذا الأمر غير صحيح حيث لم يتوقف الباص عن البوابة ، وأخبرت بذلك مشرف الاستقبال وذهب للموظفة واستمرت بالكذب وقلت له تأكد من السائق أو من عدد التذاكر التي تم دفعها وتركتهم وغادرت وهذا الأمر مهم للفندق . بوفيه الأفطار ضعيف والمكان يعج بالحشرات التي تقع على الطعام ( قذر )

  A vacay that enjoy all my time in hotel.

  My family love to stay 100% in the hotel this time. The food price is really reasonable with good quality and environment. Only regrets that i cannot enjoy slider since my son wanted to do other activities because they have a lot of things kid loves. All staff are super friendly and super supportive. will definity be back with friends and family.

  The best hotel for family occasion

  I recommended for family occasion it was very nice place to be. I went with my family with young children age 3 - 6 years old. The water park and adventure park have a lot of activity and fun ,also have young children swimming pool my kids love it.

  A great experience !

  An excellent hotel with a magnificent aquatik park. Rooms are very comfortable and large. Very good restaurant in the hotel (Waves). Staff very attentive and always very polite. A large choice of items for breakfast if you are an asian guest, few choice for European customers. For me, the best hotel i haver ever stayed in my life. Very close from Pattaya attractions and malls (Sanctuary of Truth, Pattaya Beach, Terminal 21)

  I spent a week with my son, we had a great time. from service to breakfast, beautiful swimming pool and very kind staff, nice holiday, I recommend it for families, the only negative thing for me is the not beautiful sea, otherwise everything is wonderful.

  Happy holiday with family

  Hotel has nice location.Sleep well and good facilities for all generation. I like breakfast many variety of food. Staff provide good service. Pool very large and we enjoy with water park. Staff at Rum Jungle very good service. I enjoy with drinks and he did surprise my Birthday which I unexpectation that hotel will reliase my birthday on arrival day. Thank you very much. If I go to Pattaya. I will choose to stay at this hotel.

  very good resort for family trip

  Adults who want to go to a resort in a short period of time, children who want to play in the pool, they all met. The view from the room was great. The staff was kind and had many smiles. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of international dishes. It is a hotel that I would like to visit again.

  Recommend for family. There are a lot of activities for kids. Also all facilities are very comfortable for adults. The staff is very nice. My kids enjoyed swimming pools and I enjoy at the pool bar at happy hour.

  Especially good with kids

  As always service, food and rooms are good at centara grand mirage. The only thing missing to gode this hotel 5 stars is that they await 14 days to release deposit after checking out. Most other hotels are able to do that right away. Also key cards needed to be activated daily.

  Frist Time visit with Family

  First visit with family at Centara Grand Mirage. The kids really enjoy the pool and The Lost World and happy to stay. All staff are friendly and fully service mind. Breakfast is the great value and varieties of choice which is the kids corner it was fantastic. Buffet night is wonderful with fresh seafood and international food and really love dessert corner. However, stay 1 night isn't enough and will back again for sure.
