This September, experience a new dining concept in Hua Hin as COAST Beach Club & Bistro introduces many delicious dishes from “Scrumptious Sweet Potato”. The new à la carte menu showcases organic sweet potatoes sourced from Centara Grand Hua Hin’s gardens
The hotel’s organic garden also supplies other ingredients including herbs, salad greens, as well as seasonal vegetables. Some of the scrumptious dishes include Gnocchi with summer vegetables serving a refreshing mix of sun-dried tomatoes, zucchini, black olives and Spanish chorizo on bed of fluffy sweet potato gnocchi made in-house, and Oven-baked snow fish fillet served with mashed sweet potato and an orange-white wine sauce that wonderfully highlights each ingredients’ natural sweetness to grab the attention of your taste buds.
Another recommended dish sees diners enjoying Char-grilled pork chop coated with an Asian twist on traditional barbecue sauce, sweet sesame BBQ sauce, while the side of well-seasoned sweet potato fries surely add a little something extra special to the dish.
