Paradise Found: A Perfect Krabi Escape !!
I recently had an amazing stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas in Krabi. The resort’s private beach, stunning views, and luxurious yet comfortable rooms made my vacation truly unforgettable. I especially loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying delicious meals with a backdrop of serene, natural beauty. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring every need was met. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful tropical escape with a touch of luxury!

Beautiful location but renovations are needed
We absolutely loved the location setting for this resort and it would be 5 stars if the rooms/buildings had some maintenance completed. If you’re looking to book, please note that it is accessible by boat shuttle on a timed schedule provided by the resort (every 1-1.5 hrs) or you have to pay for a private boat ride which can be a bit pricey for one way. There is one other option that we took to get to Ao Nang and that is by hiking monkey trail. The staff were excellent and there’s live music or entertainment in the evenings. Breakfast buffet was just okay for us but we enjoyed the food & drink in the club lounge for afternoon tea & evening snacks. We heard that the resort will be closed for 20 months for renovations which is much needed to fix and update the buildings and rooms.

Impeccable and amazing experience.

Beautiful location
The hotel is set in a beautiful location with its private beach, there is a shuttle that takes you the pier but if you want you can take the monkey trail , 15mins of stairs up and down which are a bit dangerous. Overall it was nice

One of our favorite hotels
Being situated in a national reserve this hotel looks more liken a lodge than a hotel. The landscape is breathtaking and the sunsets are unforgettable. The tide at the beach is relatively low (other than in Phuket) so swimming is good all day long. The food is good and affordable and the serve could be described as "good 4-Star".

A piece of paradise
Centara Grand is simply a piece of paradise. The location of the hotel, surrounded by a limestone cliff and facing a sandy beach facing the Andaman Sea with its many islands, cannot be better. The picturesque monkey trail that connects with the city of Ao Nang makes walking back and forth an amazing and healthy experience - for everything else, the complimentary boat transfer works very well. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the restaurants are nice - although I would recommend not to miss the food alternatives in Ao Nang. I would also recommend renting a kayak and visiting the nearby Railey beach, another impressive paradisiac location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, however for the price (which is significantly expensive especially when you compare it with the affordable food and accommodation options in the area), they are a bit dated and due for a renovation - that's why I rank them average. All in all, whether you are celebrating your honeymoon, having a family vacation or simply exploring the broad variety of attractions in Krabi, this is a very unique place to stay.
