  Wonderful stay

  Stayed with my sister for one week for my birthday in a deluxe room. Well worth booking direct and signing up to their rewards program. Everything absolutely amazing! The staff, facilities, and food. Added the Executive Club Lounge to our booking and thoroughly enjoyed the lounge benefits. A great alternative to the all inclusive package.

  Choose this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

  The location is fantastic—peaceful and right on the beach, away from the crowds. However, the buffet was a bit of a letdown for Indian vegetarians, as there aren't many options available. Additionally, the property is located quite a distance from the main Pa Tong area, so you'll need to spend around 300-500 baht for transportation each time, as the hotel does not offer a shuttle service.

  Mesmerising View of Andaman Sea with Knowledgeable Bartenders and Amicable Restaurant Staff

  At first, I thought that this would just be another holiday in paradise. The waiters and the ambiance at breakfast were professionally impressive with their unexceptionally friendliness. I therefore made a decision to try out the dinner at COAST on my first evening - the Italian dishes "Risotto" and "Seabass", that I chose, confirmed the good quality of their ingredients. Of course, they were yummy! Here at COAST, I also experienced that the bartender named Sun was truly knowledgeable about liquor, spirit and cocktails. I tried plenty of drinks, mixed by Sun. The tastes and the styles of the cocktails revealed and confirmed the mixologist talent of this bartender. Definitely, Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket is one of the gem by Andaman.

  Wonderful Stay in Phuket

  I just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my stay in the Deluxe Ocean View room for three days and two nights. The beach access was fantastic, and the hotel design was really impressive. What stood out the most, though, was the breakfast. The variety was amazing, and I loved the local touches—it made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly and made everything even better. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

  Good Property

  Property is nicely done. SPA is exceptional. Food can be improvised. Breakfast buffet must be reviewed as same options were offered for 5 consecutive days with very minor changes.

  Great luxury resort to stay.

  This place is heaven, personal beach access and great to stay with family. Resort is so big , if you want to quality time no need to get out of resort. Services are great. We travelled with our 6 month old twin babies and they made sure we get the best out of it. Swimming and play centre facilites are great. Good breakfast. I would say food in resort resturants is expensive. Also not so close to city so if you are planning to get put everyday i would suggest rent a car. Taxis dont come easily to this place as it is 1.5 hrs from Airport. If you looking for complete serene and quiet experience best place to stay. Has all amenities you name it

  Absolutely fabulous resort, right on the beach front. If you have kids, it is the ultimate place to relax and have fun! The day spa is 10/10, buffet breakfast has EVERYTHING, the pools and water slides are fabulous and the view is to die for! We stayed at another hotel & wished we spent the whole 8 nights here. ONLY downside is that there are no shops within walking distance, however, when we were out we grabbed all the essentials for the fridge and took them back with us. Will definitely return!

  Wonderful family trip

  We had a wonderful stay at the resort, beautiful room with warp around veranda and tub, amazing pool area, waterslides and lazy river. We had so much fun! The setting is beautiful. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was impressive!

  Peaceful and relaxing

  Visited in low season, so resort quiet, which suited us. its in a quiet location, but very near town. Beautiful breakfasts and Coast was delicious too. loved the pools and especially the lazy river!

  Family stay at Centara Grand

  100% loved this resort. Breakfast was fantastic, pools and water slides and lazy river were amazing, restaurants and bars were delicious, Sap Cenvaree was such a relaxing enjoyable experience, and the staff made the resort a peaceful, clean, relaxing holiday with their friendly welcoming manner. The kids were safe with pool staff at the slides and jumping cliff allowing me to not worry about them and enjoy the pool and luscious surroundings of the beach and gardens

  We have moved to another hotel in Phuket, but we miss staff from Centara

  Thank you so much for the stay! It was a great experience and memory. It was my first time traveling with my 10-month-old daughter, and I was quite worried. We received a free room upgrade, which was very nice and much appreciated. The room overlooking the sea was lovely; we could hear the waves at night and in the morning. I particularly enjoyed the hotel surroundings, where I could stroll with a pram. The breakfast had a good selection of food. Initially, I was concerned about feeding my daughter solid food, but there were plenty of options on the buffet: fresh fruits, vegetables, unsalted congee, and they even made oatmeal porridge without salt or water once! I want to give a special mention to Ida, who helped us during breakfast; she took care of us every day, which was very kind. She assisted with my daughter's special dietary requests during the buffet. The hotel's F&B team, including the director Andrea, was excellent. Andrea made sure that we have everything we need. We also frequented the Italian restaurant Mare, where Fah took great care of us. She ensured our dietary needs were met and offered a variety of options on the kids' menu, not just burgers and fries. My daughter loved the chicken soup! Beat, the waiter, was also very kind to her and greeted us warmly every time. Overall, the people in Thailand are incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming, which makes me love coming back to this country. It was also nice to meet Karla at check-out; she speaks Russian, and it was pleasant talking to her. The bellboy team, particularly Thibaut(sorry maybe I am mistaken with the name) was very helpful with our parcels. Thank you again for the wonderful stay! We've moved to another hotel in Phuket, but we already miss the staff from Centara.
