  日常から逃避できるホテル

  ホテルのロケーションがアオナンビーチの脇にあるにもかかわらずMonkey Trailでしか行き来できないうえに、メインのホテルへのアクセスが専用ボートのみということもあり、喧騒から隔離された場所で静かにくつろぐには最高のホテルです。ビーチも込み合うことなく兎に角ゆっくりできます。今回の滞在が2泊のみだったので、途中で延泊したくなりましたがすでに予定を組んでいたので断念したくらいです。次回クラビを訪問の際はまたこのホテルに滞在したいと思います。1点だけ難点を上げるとすれば、ホテルの格からするとトイレのグレードがあまり良くなかったことくらいでしょうか。それでもまた訪問したいと思えるロケーションは最高です。

  心配ありません。私はこのホテルをお勧めします。子供連れの方にも。

  旅行前にいくつかのネガティブなレビューを読んで心配していましたが、それは間違いかも。ホテルのスタッフはみんな笑顔で、イレギュラーなお願いにも親切に対応してくれました。バンコクの一流ホテルに比べると、掃除が徹底されていなかったり、スタッフの対応も少し時間がかかってしまうことはありますが、気持ちを悪くするほどではありません。近郊ビーチからホテルへのボートアクセスも不便に感じません。そればかりでなく、ホテル内の4つのレストラン（タイ料理、BBQビュッフェ、インターナショナル、日本料理）や宿泊者専用のオプショナルツアーデスクは、子連れ（5歳児）にとっても快適な滞在を提供してくれました。 ホテル滞在は3泊4日で中2日はオプショナルツアーに参加しました。ホテル内のツアーデスクで近隣4諸島と、ピピ諸島のアイランドホッピングツアーを予約。2日ともとても素晴らしいツアーでした。どちらかひとつ？と聴かれれば、近隣4諸島よりもピピ諸島のアイランドホッピングをお勧めします。海水の透明度やキレイな魚との遭遇率が違います。それに、ピピ諸島へのアイランドホッピングツアーはホテル主催で宿泊客のみ参加可能で、品のいいシンガポール人老夫婦の他は白人夫婦やカップルで日本人は我々家族のみでした。（余談ですが、ツアーパーティーがどのようなグループか？というのは重要で、大陸からのツアー客が停泊中のボート甲板で団子になってタバコを吸っているのを見かけゾッとしました）我々のツアーガイドの方は、到着予定のスノーケリングポイントが混雑していれば別のポイントを見つけて停泊するといった臨機応変で親切な白人女性。彼女はレストランマネジメントも兼任しているようで、夕食時には一転、制服姿で明るく挨拶してくれました。 このようなアイランドホッピングの体験もあり、ホテル前のビーチは海水浴としてはそれほどお勧めできませんが、夕日がとってもキレイです。集中力のない我が子でも日没に見惚れ、この時に地球の自転を理解しました。 最後に、私が感じたこのホテルの良さの一つは、関係する人です。もちろんスタッフは親切です。そして宿泊客はとてもマナーがいいです。子供にも笑顔で挨拶し、ドアを引いてくれます。夕食時には、それぞれに美しく装い、バカ騒ぎはしません。 そのことだけでも滞在する価値があるホテルだと思いました。

  Coming back!

  We loved our stay at Centara! We stayed as a family of four (two toddlers). The service, food, environment was just beautiful. The monkeys were fun though I understand they aren’t always so nice. The staff did a great job of keeping them away from us. Dinner at Hagi was lovely, all the meals and the staff in the restaurants were very professional. The massages were divine. We could have sat and stared at the view for weeks, it was heaven. Disappointed kids club was closed but we understood, tourist numbers aren’t high yet, hopefully it can come back when numbers start rising!

  Paradise Island

  A wonderful hotel. The villages is some years old but fantastic location with animals in the area. Close the doors always, because the monkey could enter the rooms. Don't look at the details of the hotel, look to the whole area. This is so beautiful and a perfect stay for couples and families.

  Pristine and heavenly abode in the lap of nature

  The property is lush green and a perfect scenic place to stay. The combination of green/teal coloured sea in the front and lime stone hill behind with a slender erect hill in the sea in front of the jetty makes it picture perfect. The property is perfectly maintained in terms of greenery and cleanliness. The private beach of the property is one of the cleanest I have ever seen.

  Vacation in paradise!!

  We stayed at Centara Grand Beach for one week, and it was the most amazing vacation we have ever had - from t,he first moment we arrived by biat, until our departure, we felt like we were in paradise. The rooms are gorgeous, we had a wrap around balcony where we could enjoy the views and sea breeze - restaurants were very nice, highlights were dining on the beach at the Coast, and our evening at Hagi, the Japanese restaurant - this was absolutely amazing!! Service is fantastic, everyone foes out of their way to be of assistance, and are always friendly - breakfast buffet has an incredible selection, and with views to match! We loved the pool as well, and enjoyed the entire atmosphere of the hotel - we would definitely come again !!

  Excellent stay!

  Perfect for those looking for absolute rest and peace in the midst of nature and, at the same time, with the right to an exclusive beach. Very spacious rooms, very well equipped and with two excellent areas, which, although open, provide equal privacy.

  Perfect Holiday

  Perfect holiday/honeymoon place in Krabi, clean and wonderful rooms, kindless, and politely staff, so everything perfect :) the restaurant and the foods delicious, and the nature is very close, lot of monkey in the trees.

  Very nice relaxing place, beautiful panorama, friendly staff, barman was preparing for me very good cocktail. Great morning breakfast for all tastes. Clean pool. Night dinner menu could be a little wider but even the pizza was very good (and I'm Italian)

  Dream Resort

  It was a super nice experience, from the first day to the last moment. All the staff were very nice, the food was just great, it was a dream. Service was top. We went to Spa twice because it offered a very good performance. I repeat the Centara Grand team in Krabi it's a dream. Especially the manager of restaurant จุจุ , she take care and controls that everything works perfectly. Our waiter Attapol as well as Tu from Spa have made our experience even more beautiful.   Our visit to Centara in Krabi for the new years

  We had an amazing time in this hotel. Highly recommend it for families. It has its own private beach where you can kayak and or do other marine sports. It is located near a national park so you can also get visits from cute monkeys. The food was excellent too. There is also a monkey trail next to the hotel that takes you to the next beach. Luxury and adventure all in one.

  Best hotel and staff in Ao Nang

  Best hotel in Krabi, Ao Nang. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Everything great! My fiance and I enjoyed the place and the beach, its so amazing!

  Great location, views, exceptional staff. No complaints at all. Having been closed for 6 months, I expected some standards may have slipped. They hadn’t, credit to the management for this. Would certainly return again.

  Stay at Centara Grand beach Krabi

  We really enjoyed our stay at the the Hotel. The hotel is located in a beautiful location which give the feeling being on an island, the only thing which reminds you you’re not are the in average very noisy 10 long boats which are which are traveling back and forth at any minute of the day. Although COVID times with reduced staff, they did the most and the experience with the staff was perfect. There is enough to do at and around the Hotel, take a canoe, rent a long boat, take the monkey trail to Ao Nang, plan a trip to Phi Phi or the taxi into town. The little downside was the condition of the stairs to the rooms and the rooms. During the closure this time could have been used to repair the wooden stairs, which are sometimes dangerous and do repairs and intensive cleaning of the room. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel and would recommend is to everyone.

  Location & Service is Good. The room, Could be checked first before use in room because have a bugs. The Food , Breakfast is variety foods and best quality. If you go to Japanese food ( Hagi Restaurant ) I think you be charge other food is the best way.
