  Wonderful

  Очень красивый отель, большой красивый номер, красивый и быстрый выход к морю, подают поздний завтрак для тех, кто не успел на основной (это потрясающе!). Обслуживание замечательное, персонал очень приветливый, очень отзывчивый. Заказ еды в номер быстрый, я бы добавила куриный бульон для европейцев, но в остальном все очень вкусно. Спа центр очень уютный и приятный, массаж отличный, зал для тренировок прекрасный, территория отела очень красивая, дизайн номера чудесный. В ресторанах отеля можно попробовать разнообразную кухню. Я обычно отдыхаю в Европе, и это мой первый опыт в Азии, на маленьком острове самуи - это просто рай) спасибо персоналу отеля за чудесный отдых.

  מלון במיקום טוב מלון מטופח ,נקי ויפה חוף ים קרוב אזורים ציבוריים במלון מטופחים ויפים בריכות מתוחזקות היטב שירות של צוות המלון יוצא מגדר הרגיל לבביים ,אדיבים ומנומסים החדרים עם יציאה לבריכה מאטבזרים היטב,נקיים המיטה רחבה ונוחה מגבות באיכות טובה חלוקי רחצה מפנקים ניקוי החדר וחידוש המיני בר מידי בוקר מיני בר עשיר והכל על חשבון המלון חסרים מקומות אחסון לבגדים ואמבטיה/גקוזי בחדר הצוות בבריכה אדיב ושירותי דואגים למגבות ושתייה קרה ללא המתנה באופן אוטומטי . ארוחת הבוקר המלון עשירה צוות המלצרים קשוב לצרכי האורחים ואדיב

  חוויה מדהימה, מלון מושלם! היה הכל מהכל, אוכל מצויין, שירות מדהים, מתקנים מצויינים, חדר כושר מטורף. פשוט שווה! לקחנו חדר על הבריכה, הביאו לנו מזרוני ים מהמלון פשוט מלון הצגה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה היסטרית!

  Top Hotel am schönsten Stück Strand auf Koh Smui mit schlechtem Preisleistungsverhältnis

  Super Service in Rezeption, und einmaliger Service am Pool und Strand. Aushilfen arbeiten jedoch zu schlecht. Restaurants sind maßlos überteuert und am Abend immer leer. Außer die Pool-Mitarbeiter machen die meisten einen unglücklichen eindruck, probieren aber das beste zu geben. Das Management arbeitet hier zu schlecht. Es könnte viel besser sein. Das Hotel ist jedoch in bester Lage. Meerbadeurlauber sollten hierher gehen, da in Koh Samui selten so schöner Sand und keine Steine sowie Algen im Meer sind. Aber insgesamt war mir das Preis-Leistungsverhältmis zu schlecht. Maßlos überteuert. Wer 1x Meerbaden 100-200 Euro ins Zimmer kalkuliert kann gehen. Wer das nicht möchte würde ich besser ein alternatives 5-Sterne Hotel nehmen. Die sind genau so gut, oder noch besser

  호텔이 크고 이쁩니다.. 매우 친환경적이며 서비스가 좋습니다. 수영장도 좋고 바다 접근이 좋습니다. 무엇보다 조식이 정말 맛있고 만족했습니다. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

  Perfect to stay in this hotel, very clean rooms, you can feel like at your home, maybe their foods can be better but it was not problem, everybody was very very friendly, we stayed there for 6 days with zero problem :)

  we had a really good time, attentive staff, beautiful room, but with a lack of storage, magnificient exterior careful of the hotel next door which is very noisy depending on the location of your room.

  A memorable stay in Samui

  After 16 years we went back to the Centara Reserve hotel in Samui and found it to be upgraded and refurbished to new and high standards. We enjoyed 9 nights in a lovely room with ocean view. Excellent location at a clean beach area and the garden and pools areas are well maintained. Due to the size of the in and outdoor facilities we didn’t feel that the hotel was over crowded in spite of the hotel was almost fully booked and two outdoor wedding parties on the lawn during the weekend. The serving staff paid a lot of attention to all guests and professionally managed by the F&B director and operations director who took time to talk to us and other guests. The front and concierge staff were very service minded and dealt quickly with any requests. We will certainly come back to the Centara Reserve soon. Tips: book a room with ocean view and in room minibar refilling daily Note: no elevators

  Excellent Hotel

  A very modern hotel, very friendly and helpful personnel. Situated on the Chaweng beach. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. The food is good. There are some entertainment shows, but they are pretty small.

  Excellent hotel, service very good especially the pool bar .superb location .very clean hotel and all staff are very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.only let down is very minimal storage space in the rooms .
