General Job Duties

  • Team Management
  • Oversee standards and compliance in the restaurant under the direction of management
  • Train and coach the team
  • Check the restaurant's preparation and operations on a daily basis

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2 years of food and beverage experience
  • Conversational English proficiency
  • Native level Japanese proficiency
  • Experience in pre-opening preparation is not required but welcome
