General Job Duties

  • Management of Front Desk, Bell Desk, Concierge, Club Lounge, Operator, and general VIP support


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Business level English proficiency
  • Native level Japanese proficiency
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international hotel is not required but preferred
  • Pre-opening hotel experience is not required but welcomed
