  • Some of these package elements do require pre-booking. To avoid any disappointment in securing the right table, restaurant reservation, massage therapy and airport transfers, we encourage you to make reservations for the same during your first contact with the hotel.
  • In case of airport transfers, please provide us with your flight details upon confirming the reservation and give us a 48 hours’ notice in arranging for the same as we do not have standby cars at the airport. Complimentary two-way airport transfers will be facilitated in a Toyota Camry or any other available car which can accommodate 01-03 people with normal sized luggage (maximum up to 03 bags of dimension 15cm x 30cm x 40cm) and any more people or luggage than this will require a larger vehicle which would incur an additional charge as per the hotel’s policy.
  • Rates are exclusive of service charge and prevailing government tax.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number that is valid throughout the entire stay.
  • Full prepayment is required at point of reservation and full charge will be applied in the event of cancellation, no show, shortened stay or early departure.
  • Booking amendment is not permitted.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings that do not comply with the terms and conditions.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy:

  • Our check-in time is 1500 hours. Should you arrive earlier and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage and you can use our hospitality lounge and facilities until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival. At least one registered guest should be 18 years of age with a valid government-issued identification or passport to check-in and register for a room.
  • Our check-out time is 1200 hours (Noon). Please call our reception if your departure is delayed. We will make every effort to accommodate you however please note that late check-outs are available on request and subject to room availability and occupancy levels of the hotel. Please check with the hotel's Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge will be incurred for late check-out between 1200 hours (Noon) to 1800 hours and a full day room charge will be incurred for late check-out after 1800 hours.
