- Central Group Executive Club card must be presented at reception upon check-in, or when asking for the bill in Food & Beverage outlets to receive the benefits identified. Failure to present the Central Group Executive Club card will result in the full payment being required.
- Offer available for Central Group Executive Club cardholders only. Non-cardholders will be charged the standard CentaraThe1 member rate upon check-in.
- This card and its benefits are neither transferable nor assignable. It is exclusively reserved for the individual name on the card only and may not be given or loaned to any other person.
- *The 25% room discount applies to The Place To Be and Flexible rates at participating hotels on the Centara website when logged in as a Centara The1 member, except Roukh Kiri Khao Yai.
- The discount cannot be used in conjunction with contracted or corporate rates, group bookings or banquet services.
