Submit your completed online claim form within 24hrs of booking and 72hrs before arrival at the hotel or resort. We will respond via e-mail within 72hrs during our normal business hours, (Monday–Friday, 08:30–18:30 (ICT)). If you submit you claim form outside of these hours, it will be processed the following business day.

Best Rate Guarantee claims must be submitted within 24 hours following your reservation. For last minute booking, please submit the Claim Form at least 72 hours before you arrival at the hotel.
We will respond to your claim within 72 hours during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am 6:00pm ICT – Indochina Time).
