All bookings for non-peak periods made via the Centara website, central reservations office or directly with the hotels can be modified or cancelled, without any cancellation fees, up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received after that will incur 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the total booking.
