  Ich habe einen Monat in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Mitarbeiter dort waren wirklich freundlich und haben alles, was man brauchte, schnell zur Verfügung gestellt. Zwei Damen waren für die Zimmerreinigung zuständig und haben das Zimmer täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt. Es gab auch einen Sicherheitsmitarbeiter, der sehr auf die Sicherheit der Gäste geachtet hat. Er ist die ganze Nacht durch die Etagen des Hotels gegangen und hat alles kontrolliert. An der Rezeption arbeitete eine Dame namens Frau Yui. Sie hat sich wirklich gut um die Gäste gekümmert und auch bei Informationen außerhalb des Hotels geholfen. Natürlich haben auch die anderen Damen dort die Gäste unterstützt, aber ich erinnere mich nur an ihren Namen. Die Damen im Restaurant haben einen hervorragenden Service geleistet. Ich habe viele gute Erfahrungen in diesem Hotel gemacht, aber ich halte meinen Bericht hier kurz. Ich kann Ihnen nur empfehlen, selbst eine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel zu machen. Zum Schluss möchte ich mich bei allen Mitarbeitern bedanken, die mir eine schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel bereitet haben. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Karim Asadi

  ใครได้ไปพัก แนะนำต้องมีรถเท่านั้น รถสาธารณะไม่สะดวก ห้องพักมี่ของครบทุกอย่าง (ยกเว้นแปรงสีฟัน) สระและฟิตเนสทำได้ดี อาหารเช้าถ้ามีไลน์เยอะกว่านี้จะดีมาก ห้องพักพอใช้ได้ตามขนาดของเชนและความคุ้มค่าของ budget

  Great Hotel

  A great hotel, location is perfect, close to all sorts of bars and restaurants but out the way so no noise when sleeping. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful making it an amazing stay.

  Amazing Stay and Great Staff

  I stayed here for an extended stay off and on throughout the year and I absolutely loved it. The room was very clean and modern and the staff are amazing and very accommodating.I look forward to coming back soon.

  Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. I would like take the name of Noon, who was extremely prompt in check-in us in and guiding us for ease at the hotel when we were very tired after international travel

  2 week holiday

  A very nice clean hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya but still only a 10 minute walk to Soi 6. Rooms are clean and comfortable but not big enough for 3 people and you get limited afternoon sun.i would stay again but only a shorter stay

  Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya

  Very nice hotel in quiet location Only 10 minute walk from beach road. Check-in / out was very easy and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Hotel pool is amazing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to solo travellers. I cannot comment on breakfast as I never managed to make it lol (closes at 10.30am) My only small gripe is that the TV & media package was very dated and minimal. There is a 7/11 next door and several great restaurants and cocktail bar in walking distance. Overall a great stay highly recommended in it's price range.

  Stayed at Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya over Christmas and New Year. You can tell that the staff take pride in their work, and have high standards of cleanliness etc.and that they value their guests welfare and comfort - will stay there again.

  Smooth Check-In and Excellent Cleaning Service

  Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Check-in was quick and smooth. The staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and well-maintained, with no disturbances during my stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy. Overall, a pleasant experience with great service.

  Centara Nova FOM & Staff, Restaurant & Guest Service Providers were all truly helpful in making our stay comfortable & enjoyable. FOM Fe, Uvi, Marissa & Kitchen Supervisor are an asset to Centara.
