  The one who looks for service and facilitates like 4-5 stars hotel with paying less at 2-3 stars level is recommended to consider this hotel. Breakfast good and variety, gym room superb, location and wider beach front. A lot of big trees thus insect and mosquitoes are problem. Anyway, recommend and worth to try with such a budget paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Good hotel

  My first checking-in room, AC is not working. Engineer came to check but cannot fix. Informed front desk that we must move the room. They helped and upgraded our room to Junior Suites + complimetary extra bed. Thank you for this offered. Then after moved to Junior Suite around 9 PM, door lock had problem but lucky that we can access the room. In the morning, same problem with door lock happened again, we needed to walk long way to lobby and asked FO to change key card. However, we assumed that it might not be keycard problem but the door lock might tun out of battery. But we get new keycard, walked back to the room. Yes...it could not opened bucause it was not keycard problem. I called reception and they came to open the room for us. Engineer came to change door lock battery for us. The hotel should check room condition before sending guest to the room. During my check-in, other guests also came to complaint about doorlock no battery as well. If the rooms are not raedy to sell, the hotel should put as OO room. FO staffs good service mind but lack of knowledge about local experience. Unable to recommend any local place for guests. Kid Club is very old, and seem that no maintainance, no staff to take care of kids. This should get a lot of improvement in this area. Good Location, nice beach. A part from the above mentioned, this is nice hotel and we will come back if we have a chance

  Still a nice complex with good service staff, but it is getting on in years and should be renovated. Unfortunately, we had a lot of mosquitoes and correspondingly many bites; whether it was related to the season? The treatment of the many bites kept my wife quite busy...

  A good hotel in Koh Chang

  The hotel is directly on the coast and very suitable for kids. The breakfast was good and varied and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there is no mosquito net in the room and we had plenty of.

  Relaxing hotel great location

  Quiet and relaxing holiday. Hotel was on the beach and surrounded by jungle. Location was great. Also easy to get boat trips to see other islands. There was a livelier resort taxi ride away for 50 Bhts. The staff were so polite and helpful.

  Take some rest in this tropicana

  Overall is excellent and if i have a chance will recommend to other people. This place is amazing which not expensive and worth it to pay. The location is kinda far but not alone have all facilities and convenience stores around.

  Nice hotel directly at the beach. The breakfast is good, the restaurant only average. The gardens are very nice so is the sea. The village is quite but lively, you can find a lot of restaurants near by.

  Back in paradise

  It was my third time in this resort. I enjoyed the new cocktail reception on friday evenings and will certainly attend to the yoga class and also the thai language lesson when I will be back shortly at my favorite hotel on Koh Chang.

  Maybe the best Hotel on Koh Chang

  We arrived happy, we left totally amazed and we hope to be back soon. Centara has oustanding facilities, the hotel rooms are just perfect, the staff is very friendly from check in to check out. Its quiet, clean, the food is excellent and the beach is a dream. The only problem will be, that you have to check out at the end of the stay.

  peaceful getaway

  nice hotel with nice staff, direct beach access. You can have lunch or dinner directly on the beach with the water only meters away from your feet. Great for sunset photos with the sun reflecting of the water , and a slight wave of the hand to alert hotel staff for some drinks or coffee

  This was our 4th stay at this Centara and we are looking forward to returning again. Even though many businesses are temporary closed on Koh Chang there are still enough places to visit and eat out at.

  Superb grounds and landscaping. Nice spacious rooms. Attentive and friendly staff. Good location on the beach and walking distance to good restaurants foreign and local. Breakfast buffet choices good. Good WiFi throughout the resort.

  Paradise on earth

  We stayed during the covid situation but enjoyed to the MAX. Amazing, ticked every box. Location next to a beautiful beach, the gardens WOW so tropical and awesome. Staff so helpful and so nice. Food YUMMY. We will stay again

  Spectacular massage services

  Khun Ta at the beach massage was amazing. One of the best Thai massages I have had in my six years living in Thailand. She was very attentive to the areas of pain I asked her to massage and she was extremely communicative about asking if I liked the amount of pressure. Thank you, Khun Ta!

  Good hotel for vacation

  This is my 4th time in Centara Koh chang and still a great place for my family to enjoy our vacation. Beach is nice for my boy to enjoy with lots of activities foods are great especially seafood. Beautiful sunset & nice staff.
