  Great experience

  The staff is very kind and know their scope of work. Good ambiance and very nice place to stay. The room service is very good and the food staff in thai restaurants is very welcoming.Would love to recommend to our family and friends. Keep up the good works guys.

  Birthday stay

  It was a very good stay as always with centara. staff are accomodating to our request and the whole hotel deserves it commendation for its cleanliness. Pool was also nice and the lobby. easy check in and check out.

  Excellent Experience

  We celebrated our son’s birthday party here and it was really a great experience. The ambiance is nice, foods are great, their services are wonderful and specially their staff are friendly and very accomodating. Room is nice and clean. Overall, it was nice staying at this hotel and it is highly recommended.

  Comfortable & Clean

  As always my Centara stay was comfortable and enjoyable. All staff members were polite and friendly. Room was cleaned to a good standard. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place. Location is brilliant and have access to all main attractions.

  Excellent Service

  Hotel is clean, staff are nice… i would definitely recommend it with friends. Food is also delicious specially the thai cuisine and breakfast. We will comeback again in the near future and stay for more days because the price is budget friendly

  For 1-2 nights ok

  Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice food, but the rooms are getting old. And they could be a bit cleaner. Thanks to the ladies at the front desk. They changed the dates of our stay without any problems and costs.

  Overview of services offered by staff of Centara West Bay Hotel & Residences Doha

  On an overall basis, the limited time i did spent with my family in this unique hotel was so amazing. Upon arrival we were well received by the hotel staff as they walked us to our reserved room, provided us with a brief orientation of the hotel services which i did enjoyed considering it facilitated our walk around via out our stay. The entire services offered by the hotel staff was superb and cos of this i have made this hotel as another home away from home for leisure trips with my family.

  Outstanding Stay

  Thank you for hosting my wife and me. All the team were excellent and very customer focussed. The on-site restaurants were extremely good, and the location is great in Doha, close to the new beaches and to many other facilities. We will definitely stay here again.

  Very pleasant experience, highly recommended for both short term and long term stay!

  I had a very pleasant experience staying at Centara West Bay for 4 years. The room has a modern design with superb sea view and the 3-bedroom apartment is very spacious. The apartment is fully furnished and has got everything you need. The service was great and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can truly feel the real Thai hospitality here. The location is also very convenient, located in central West Bay area, close to City Center, Carrefoure, many coffee shops and restaurants. You can also walk to West Bay beach and the Corniche. I highly recommended this place for both short term and long term stay. Thank you Centara West Bay for making my stay at Centara so memorable.

  The front desk was very accommodating esp with our requests. Ms. Ruda from reception helped me with my booking and was very keen on meeting my room specifications/instructions.Overall, our stay in Centara had been a wonderful experience.

  World Cup Visit

  Visited during the period when hotel rooms were difficult to find and although more expensive than usual good value for money.We had a delux studio , everything about it excellent, from the kitchenette area , the comfortable bedroom / seating area and the well equipped bathroom with bath,and shower . Extra touches of good quality toiletries , bath robe and slippers. The TV had a good range of channels , plenty of wardrobe / drawer space and a safety deposit box. The hotel is in a good location , the DECC metro a 20 minute walk away and the Corniche West Bay Beach an easy 5 minute walk . The staff are all friendly , professional and very helpful. Overall an excellent stay .

  A very good experience

  Centara's treasures are its people and its location. The warm welcome and assistance from all its personnel is something to be really appreciated. The suite was very conducive for relaxation and small group gatherings.
