Our bonbons are uniquely crafted, featuring heart and lip shapes, as well as the Centara logo. We use Valrhona chocolate from France, celebrated for its exceptional quality and favored by patissiers globally. The fillings offer an exquisite blend of six flavors: strawberry, lychee & rose, salted caramel, raspberry, bergamot tea, and mango & passion.

'Valentine Rose' - A Heart-Shaped Cake Infused with the Essence of Roses
Our Centara signature heart-shaped cake, mirroring the sophistication of a diamond's cut and the delicate aroma of roses, is a culinary work of art. It features a crisp sablé base, crowned with layers of white chocolate feuilletine, raspberry jelly, and lychee lime jelly, harmonizing to create a rich flavor experience. This exquisite creation is elegantly enrobed in a raspberry, rose, and lychee lime mousse, embodying a passionate expression of your deepest sentiments. (Note: The rose is symbolic.)

For this Valentine's season, we are delighted to present the enchanting 'Valentine Afternoon Tea', featuring an array of heart-shaped and chocolate confections. Displayed on our popular tree-shaped stand, you'll discover pink heart-shaped macarons, vanilla and chocolate heart-shaped Diamant cookies, chocolate choux cream, and other delightful sweets that embody the spirit of Valentine's.
