I love the hotel! it is strategically located, halal foods are just steps away from the lobby, beach is around 10-15mins walk, 7e(s) are within 5mins walk. friendly staffs too. but to be honest, fo couples/ youngsters this hotel would be the best. however i wouldnt recommend to the elderly or those with kids. bcs the rooms are places in the different blocks so it may be a bit inconvenient to walk etc. oh and the bed are high than normal beds, which is truly something i like. however may be an inconvenient for the elderly or hazard to small kids.Read moreDate of stay : December 2024 -

Mostly excellent
I arrived a bit early, room was not ready. But this is more scheduling issue, not the fault of the hotel. Laundry facilities could be better. There are not enough machines, one was out of service while I was there. And the problem with self serve is that another guest will use machine and leave laundry there all day so no one else can use the machine. We have stayed two nights there. Location wise very good. Hotel have a very good vibe. I really love to stay there. But everyone should bring the basic amenities like toothbrush toothpaste, cream . The COSI crew were excellent had a smooth check-in and check-out. The location is just right. Away and near to the popular bars and beach at the same time. Just a 10min walk to the beach. Such an enjoyable stay!
I stayed at COSI for a short week. I had such an amazing stay! The staff was always lovely and helpful, and my room was perfect for a solo traveller: quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfy. The gym is small but operational, it's got everything you need for a complete free weight and cardio workout. The pool area is very enjoyable and the self-service laundromat is convenient (machines work with 10BHT coins. You can buy powdered detergent at the vending machine next to the pool). The cafe's fresh muffins are very good :) Overall, the hotel is also super well situated. Restaurants, bars and cafes all around, close to Mother Marché (local supermarket) small streetfood shops... It's far enough from the noisy bars but close enough to go there by foot. If you follow the main alley towards the mountain, you'll reach the left end of Ao Nang Beach, which is less populated and noisy than the right side; There are kayaks there you can rent. I very much enjoyed staying at COSI. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice and convenient, close to restaurants, short walk to beach, pool was good. Only negative was party noise from a nearby hostel, which started about 10:30 and stopped about 11 each night. Hotel has a nice warm vibe to it, helped by the piped music playing in the common areas.
