Nice location, easy to locate food or even have a couple of drinks nearby hotel. Other than the slight delayed while checking in, there's no other reason to say 'No' to this hotel or complaint during my stay. Room are spacious and clean. It keeps getting better!
Each and every time I get time off that permits me time to head to Udon, I'm blessed to find a home at the Centara. Where do I even begin. The friendly, personable service in every section from front desk to housekeeping to bell service etc, makes logistics effortless. The lobby has to be almost the size of a football field with a ceiling that reaches to the height of the 2nd floor. It's tastefully decorated into sections with tables for dining, sofas and lounges to relax, listen to the music, or have drinks at the bar. The fitness center is spacious, immaculately clean, with facilities that cater to any type of exercise a person could want. It's like stepping out of the city to one's very own enclave. Then, get this! A mere 10 meters out the front door to the right is one of the most luxurious shopping centers I've seen outside of Bangkok. The Topp's supermarket has everything including a fresh fruit section so much more complete than others in Khon Kaen or Khorat. Wines, pastries, cheeses, fresh squeezed juices of all kinds. The service is always personable and friendly from everybody who assisted me. The common areas are spacious and inviting. Convenient and reasonable price
Hotel is located in the heart of Udonthani City, it is adjacent to the big shopping centre ( Central). The hotel is nice and clean with reasonable price. Foods and drinks are outstanding. Hotel facilities are superb with gym, sauna and spa. The Environment is cosy with high ceiling in the lobby next to the bar area. The bar area is quite comfortable seating. The pianist is playing soft and classical music every night. Hotel is good for holidays or even groups meetings. Very goof hotel in Udon Thani
The hotels of that class are more or less the same everywhere in the world. The people make the difference. The whole staff of Centara hotel is very friendly and wel informed. Whenever we had a question or asked for something (like taxi to the countxside and back) it was done with high quality. The rooms are very good. Some have the location to a bar with live music which can be heared in the room even in 12th floor until 4 in the morning.
