  Good location next to the shopping center

  The location is good and it is very convenient because it is next to the shopping center. There is also a night market in the area, so it's perfect for a walk The room is clean and OK, I stayed in a twin room in the deluxe room, but the size of the semi-double size allows me to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom has only a shower and no bathtub. It's nice to have a hairdryer and a water heater

  Working trip

  The hotel is in a good location, next to a biggest shopping mall. Staffs are so nice with kind hospitality. Service was perfect with smile. Very clean and comfort room. FB also good. Must try the Centara Udon with your next trip to Udon.

  Nice hotel in the good lacation. very near to Central Udon. This hotel is very imppressed for take care my granpa (he is 92 years old, and cannot walk well) But i think the parking car area it a little bit confese cuz the parking car area is common zone with Central. They should have some sign to tell the customer whom going to stay at the hotel

  A very clean hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing. And the location couldn’t be better, next to the big shopping center. The room was very hot, but it doesn’t bother me. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

  I had a great time at Centara Udon.. the Zumba and Yoga class was fun and the sport club are amazing. I can spend the whole day in the hotel . The staff are friendly and helpful with full of service mind. The location is best as it is close to the Central Udon

  Best Hotel in Udon Thani

  I stayed at this hotel without a reservation, was greeted promptly even though it was midnight when I checked in. The man that checked me in was efficient and quick. I was impressed with the room very clean and comfortable. This is the best hotel in Udon Thani has a great breakfast option. If your a farang you will be happy with this hotel, I would say that this hotel is one step below Lebua at State Tower in Bangkok but is still an excellent property to stay at. The room has an adequate bathroom with western fixtures. The aircon was excellent. The parking is under the hotel which is connected to a mall complex. If you want to shop or eat at another resturant you can. If I have to go back to Udon Thani I will stay here again.

  Nice location, room, service

  It takes only few walks from central plaza to get there. And not too far to get to the airport. The service was great. i doubt about the wifi, cuz it didn't work when i was there, but i didn't complain any cuz i had my mobile internet anway.

  A key hotel in the city with excellent facilities, with excellent location next to Central Plaza Mall close to various amenities. Staff were pleasant and professional. While not necessary the most exciting or best value hotel, it is possibly the most reliable and professional hotel for everyone visiting Udon Thani :)

  Definitely under the expectations!

  No hot water in the room, just coming after long time. Aircon not working properly. No proper assistance from the reception and different informations received from the different receptionist working at different shift. I would have expected a better treatment and care for being this my first visit at Centara Hotels, but after this experience I don't think I will visit this place again.
