First time in Bangkok
Its not at a bad location as it is within walking distance from a station along the Airport Rail Link. There are still plenty of places to explore on foot even though it is not close to Central. Excellent services from the bellhop to the Front Desk staffs. Room is spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is not bad where you will not be too overwhelmed with choices. The hotel porters were very helpful and friendly when we arrived and when we left for the airport, helping us make arrangements and transport our luggage. Also, they and the male receptionists were very helpful in the transportation arrangements when my family needed emergency medical help to the hospital. Nice location
Walkable to malls, 7-eleven, street food and vendors night and day time. Close to BTS train station. Plenty of transportation like motor bike, buses, taxi and tuk tuk. I normally just walk within the area and shops. The big shopping place there are Palladium mall, Platinum fashion Mall, and Central world. I love this area so I prefer to stay at this hotel. The place is not too high. As you know there are other hotels around that is cheaper and higher so whatever you are looking for. We stay and spent almost one week with family and book two rooms, our single bed room was amazing, big space with rounded glass shower area . Friendliness of the staffs, housekeeping staff put detail and attention on room cleanliness. Location within walking distance to Pratunam area, Platinum mall, Central World .. Caring and professional team capable of helping with medical emergencies
The hotel staff team stationed at the ground floor lobby, and 9th floor reception desk and lift area from 25-29 Jan 2025 was really caring and professional. After we explained to the hotel staff at the lobby about my mother's injured leg and requested for a wheelchair, the staff promptly fetched it within just a minute, helped wheel her up to our room, and advised us on what was the nearest hospital. After we called the reception asking for medical help, the manager showed up outside our room to explain our options- to call a doctor to come to the hotel from the hospital, which would take about an hour, or cab to the hospital which would take just 5-10min - and got his team to help us call a Grab when we were ready. The staff also gave us a taxi card stating the Grab price before we boarded the car, which helped with our travel insurance claim (since the Grab/ taxi driver said they couldn't issue us a receipt). When we came back, the staff promptly fetched a wheelchair and helped wheel her up to our room again. The next day when we went down for hotel breakfast at the 9th floor, and the following day when we left the hotel to go out, the staff whom we passed by all asked to check in with my mother if she was feeling better. A really caring team that made the otherwise inconvenient experience a much more pleasant one and showed us the best of Thai hospitality!Read moreDate of stay : January 2025 -
