I had an excellent experience at the Centara Grand Hotel. The service was truly outstanding—attentive and prompt, making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping, especially if you're in the Siam district. The only downsides were that YouTube on the TV didn’t work, and the TV's response time was a bit slow. However, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall experience. One highlight was the thoughtful gesture of setting up our room to celebrate our 20th anniversary.
