- Can I have more than one passport?
One passport is provided per person only.
- If my passport is not completed during check-in, can I still participate in the Adventure Activity Trail?
Yes, the passport can be completed at any time during your stay, however it is encouraged to complete the passport during the beginning of your stay in case it is misplaced.
- If I couldn’t have my polaroid picture taken during the check-in, can I still have it taken later?
Yes, you can visit the main hotel reception with your kid’s passport, and a front desk agent will be happy to take your picture.
- What if I lose my passport?
If you lose your passport while at the hotel you may visit the main reception area to check the lost and found.
- What if my passport is damaged?
If your passport is damaged while at the hotel you may visit the main reception and present the passport as a replacement.
- Do I need to return the passport to the hotel before I leave or during check-out?
The passport is yours to keep as a memento to remember your fun experience.
Adventure Activity Trail
- What is the goal of the Adventure Activity Trail?
The goal is to collect all stamps by visiting all (8) activity points and redeeming all (3) rewards
- Is there any specific order to follow for the Adventure Activity t+Trail?
No, stamps can be collected freely.
- Do I need to take my passport with me when participating in the Adventure Activity Trail?
Yes, to collect your stamps you must present your passport directly after visiting an activity point.
- How old do I need to be to participate in the Adventure Activity Trail?
All children issued with a Kid’s Passport are welcome to participate.
- What are the rewards?
- Reward 1: Complimentary select candy (1) from Zing Cafe.
3 Stamps: Collect (2) complimentary + (1) paid stamp.
- Reward 2: Complimentary (10) mins kayaking from the water sports centre.
5 Stamps: Collect (3) complimentary + (2) paid stamps.
- Reward 3: Complimentary Baskin Robbins ice cream (1) from the ice cream hut.
7 Stamps: Collect (4) complimentary + (3) paid stamps.
- Reward 4: Special Gift.
8 Stamps: Collect all (8) stamps.
- How many rewards are there?
By collecting all (8) stamps you can redeem a total of (4) rewards.
- How do I redeem rewards?
Rewards are redeemed after collecting the required number of stamps and visiting the reward locations and presenting your passport:
Reward 1: Zing Café (G-floor next to Build a Bear shop).
Reward 2: Water sports centre (G-Floor/Beach).
Reward 3: Ice-cream hut (G-Floor/Sands Beach Club).
Reward 4: Main reception (L-Floor).
- How many times can I complete the Activity Adventure Trail?
The Activity Adventure Trail can be completed once per child per visit.
- Can my brother or sister also receive a stamp when I complete an activity?
Stamps are issued once per child per activity completed.
- If I don’t finish, can I continue the Activity Adventure Trail during my next visit?
Yes, and make sure you bring along your original passport.
- Are there any terms and conditions relating to the rewards?
Yes, for any vouchers the following T&Cs apply:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Not applicable in conjunction with any ongoing promotions
- Single bill only.
