  A wonderful family friendly resort - Highly recommend

  We just got back to UK from our half term holiday at Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai. We had an amazing time at this resort and Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai has been great to us. All the staff made us feel welcome. Even though we arrived very early into the resort due to flights and check in wasn't until later. I was able to keep our children busy with things to see and do in and around the resort before we could check in. The Day lounge facility was helpful. My older son loved the virtual football and e-Zone area, he would spend time there ever morning after breakfast. The Duty Manager called Kookkay made us feel so welcomed, she was just so lovely aways saying hello and checking if we were ok whenever our paths crossed. I also can not thank Kookkay enough, she made our stay at Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai wonderful, my children were so happy when we got our room, they were excited by the sea front room with a bunk bed. Thank you so much. Everything at the resort was just perfect, clean and tidy and i didnt need to worry about pool hygiene either. The security staff Zerak (on level G) and the life guard Moses by the water park were also so helpful with any questions or queries we had. The resort is so clean, tidy, and food is great. I would highly recommend this resort and im hoping to come back to this resort in the future.

  Another fantastic stay!

  Just back from our second stay at Centara Beach Resort Dubai, when going back to the same resort for a second time, you always worry that the experience will not be as good as the first time. However, I can honestly say our recent stay exceeded our expectations! What makes this hotel stand out for us is the friendliness of the staff, a special call out to Fox (Guest services) Cyril (Lifeguard) and Mukesh (bar) for the way they interacted with my children during our stay, their actions epitomizes the staff willingness to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one, nothing genuinely is too much for them. Food again was fantastic, with plenty of choice of restaurants on the all-inclusive package to keep dining options fresh and not repetitive. Also, the attention to cleanliness is also a standout observation, there are an army of diligent housekeepers / cleaners who appear to work 24 hours to keep everything in order (even to the point of cleaning every single sun lounger out the end of the day, which I observed one night from my balcony!) The pool areas, lazy river, inflatable pool on the beach is always clean and well marshalled by friendly lifeguards. There is always plenty of things to do and my kids particularly liked the arcade, especially when the needed an hour out of the hot sun. Overall, another 10 out of 10 holiday, thanks all at Centara Mirage, we will certainly be back again next year!

  Family friendly hotel and great swimming Pools. More variation of food should be provided and reparations should be done after season, that they don‘t have to close specific areas.

  Fantastic Hotel

  The Hotel is immaculate and the staff work around the clock to keep it that way.The Chefs and staff were wonderful and a big thank you to Jay for the recipe. The pools are awesome and very child friendly and the lifeguards are always smiling and talking again thanks to Cyril for looking after our son on the Rock Dive,Victor and Zadagh for taking the time to get to know us but all we’re fantastic and a credit to the hotel. The bar staff are always friendly and the food is beautiful. The sea is calm and warm and plenty of sun beds and umbrellas.

  It’s a nice hotel with good connectivity, you can easily get a comfort taxi from here to anywhere in dubai or Abu Dhabi. Amazing views but should improve there front desk services furthermore indian food must include more indian food options

  Fabulous family hotel!

  Perfect if you don’t want to leave the resort, i wouldn’t fault the hotel in any way what so ever, we were only bed and breakfast and food was delicious every night in the restaurants! Steak was amazing and Akshay was a brilliant waiter!! Cleaners and lifeguards work so hard & always smiling!! Thanks for a brilliant stay

  Overall service was excellent. Most staff was friendly and always did their best , Didar from the Resturant was excellent. , Probably we expected more kids activities. The girl who guided about the activities was very friendly and professional. She was good at her job .she did promise to send a gift for the kids noted down our room number but the package I think was lost 😛

  Great hotel very kids friendly

  Lovely stay at the Centara. Staff are nice and looking to help. All facilities very clean and well kept. The restaurants have enough choices. Room spacious and well equipped. Evening cinema on the beach for the kids is a lovely experience. Environment is quiet but maybe a little far from the city center attractions. Proximity from the airport does mean that some planes fly over the hotel but it did not find this a nuisance.

  It’s a wonderful family hotel. Not really something for couples. You have a lot of aircraft’s flying over the hotel, so it’s always loud. A lot of very unfriendly and rude Russian guests.

  Great hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff.

  Great hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff. Location could be better as its in the middel of nowhere and takes 30+mins to get to anywhere else. As for kids, amazing facilities, pools, kids club. Food menu could be better for kids, if your kids are fussy eaters you may struggle to find something for them to eat, alternatively there are chips in all the restuarents so shouldnt be a problem. As for the hotel, it is always being cleaned round the clock, rooms are cleaned every day, staff are friendly and safetly around pools is amazing, there are like 2-4 life guards to every pool. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel and would attend again, only thing preventing me from doing so is the location, but we shall see!
