Convenient and comfortable
Super team at the Centara - only 15 minutes from the airport.all the staff were delightful and the room was spacious ultra-clean and well maintained. As a single female traveller I felt totally safe and welcomed. Pool on the roof top is a bonus, and a small gym with a good range of machines and weights. I really like this hotel, the rooms are large, clean and nicely decorated, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby. Better Than I Expected
I stayed for 4 nights at Centara Hotel. Hotel was much better than I expected. It was better, cleaner than many 4 star hotels. The location is quite good, the staff were interested and friendly. If I come to Oman again, I can stay at Centara Hotel again. Some shortcomings in the hotel, internet speed was a bit slow. I don't know, are there problems with the internet in general in Oman? I couldn’t access many websites. I used VPN to solve this problem. Some internet issues have been resolved. There was solid hand soap in the bathroom. My skin is a little sensitive. Solid soaps dry out the skin more. I recommend using liquid soap. The head of the tap was rather short. I can say that I have a little difficulty during hand washing. We had a great stay in the Centara Muscat. The rooms are large and very nicely decorated. The interior design of the hotel is also well done. Service is professional and very nice. Of course everything is super clean. The breakfast buffet was really good offering also regional food. I totally loved the stay at Centara. Very professional and polite staffs.
