Time to Start Planning an Event
Depending on the event, most will need planning at least 3-12 months in advance. For large-scale events that involve hundreds of individuals, those can take 12+ months to plan. Please get in touch with our coordinators as soon as you plan to hold an event or meeting with us.
Indoor Event Space
We provide a spacious indoor event space for your convenience:
- The Oceano 1 meeting room and Oceano 2 meeting room both have an area of 472 sqm and can hold up to 630 attendees for cocktail, or 350 attendees in a theatre-style. When combined, the 943.5-square-metre Oceano Ballroom holds up to 1,200 guests for a variety of grand affairs.
- The Rio 1 meeting room and Rio 2 meeting room both have an area of 148 sqm and can hold up to 150 attendees for cocktail, or 50 attendees in a theatre-style.
Outdoor Event Space
Outdoors, the Amphitheatre has an area of 631 sqm and can hold up to 220 attendees for cocktail, perfect for team building and cocktail events. Also, the poolside event venue offers outdoor space for banquet event & cocktail parties, for up to 350 attendees.
