Time to Start Planning an Event
Depending on the event, most will need planning at least 3-12 months in advance. For large-scale events that involve hundreds of individuals, those can take 12+ months to plan. Please get in touch with our coordinators as soon as you plan to hold an event or meeting with us.
Indoor Event Space
The Sapphire's 255-square-metre meeting venue can accommodate between 85 people in a classroom setting to 200 guests for a cocktail reception. With large windows framing views of West Bay, the versatile space boasts ample daylight and functions for a range of uses, including splitting into two equally-sized meeting rooms (Sapphire 1 and 2).
Service & Facilities
Sapphire Ballroom is equipped with a built-in sound system and audio-visual equipment is the perfect place for any events. All meeting rooms come with complimentary Wi-Fi.
