  Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel. Personal top mit ausnahme kleineren Launischen ausetztern am morgen :-) Kleinere Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, wurden aber immer Promt behoben. Preise im Restaurant eher höheres Niveau für Thailand. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz aber für ältere Menschen ehner schwieriger da ehr mit sehr steilen Stuffen verbunden ist. Nichts desto trotz ein sehr sehr schönner Aufenthalt

  Gemütliches Hotel mit vielen kleinen Villen ohne diesen „Bunker-Charakter“. Der Service ist super! Man wird auf Wunsch in der Villa abgeholt und zur Rezeption, zum Frühstück oder Pool/Spa gebracht! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und geben sich die größte Mühe alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben im Hotelvor Ort einen Trip zum Elephant Park Phuket gebucht (Auffangstation) und es ist alles super abgelaufen! Bei Abreise früh morgens gab es noch eine Frühstücksbox! Rundum perfekter Urlaub!

  Phantastic sandbox experience

  Our 2 week sandbox quarantine at Centara Phuket Villas was fantastic: a beautiful bungalow with a small swimming pool and views of the sea and Karonbeach in the middle of a tropical garden.We felt completely at home, and the quality of the resort is surpassed by the competence and friendliness of the Centara staff. In the morning, Khun Bon read every breakfast wish from our eyes; afterwards, the super-nice reception team, Khun Aoy, Khung Ging and Khun Jane, We felt completely at home, and the quality of the resort is surpassed by the competence and friendliness of the Centara staff. In the morning, Khun Bon read every breakfast wish from our eyes; afterwards, the super nice reception team, Khun Aoy, Khung Ging and Khun Jane guided us through quarantine bureaucracy and gave us very good suggestions for excursions. In the meantime, our room was perfectly prepared by Khun Sasa and Khun Kwang and two other team members. Every evening we enjoyed Authentic Phuket Cuisine, Western dishes are also excellent, served by very friendly staff. The 14-day quarantine flew by; many thanks to Khun Pam and her staff.

  Staff are very kind & helpful. Spa is amazing. If you are older or not in shape please be aware that the resort requires a lot of walking uphill. If that is an issue request a room closer to the lobby.

  Very nice holiday stay in march 2020

  All Personals every time very friendly and helpful. The Villas, property and facilitys all in function and without any problems. A very fine view from the terasse to Karon beach and the ocean. The internal Hotel-Shuttleservice is always fast and nice to use. The minibar is very small and has no chance to make any ice for a drink. Both pools are ok and nice to use, but not so big. From many places there is a fantasic view to Karon, the beach and the ocean and a beautiful sunset in the evening.

  Beautiful place with amazing beach and views. Lots of steps though to villas so not for anyone who dosnt like climbing. There is a tuc service to lobby though and is available all the time. Staff are lovely here.

  Super setting of the hotel , quiet and peacefull , beautifull view from the terrasse, hotel possitioned near to Karon town and to wonderfull beach , private pools an exclusive feature, the structures needs some maintenance and upgrading to make the stay perfect.

  good hotel for retreat and watching stunning sunsets

  hotel was surpisingly good, with great view from the room. quite atmosphere, listening only birds and cicadas around. you can see sea from the cliff, come close to the water, if you want to swim - just go 5 mins down and you get to good sand beach. also centara grand swimming pool at your service, very good experience.

  Lovely peaceful locationon close to the lovely beach

  The location was excellent with the chalets dotted in the peaceful wooded hillside running down to the waters edge. Five minutes walk along a coastal path to the lovely beach and onwards to the resort. The place was so nice and relaxing that we did very little touring around the island but just relaxed around one of the two pools or took a walk along the beach. Very comfy sun beds with shades if required and also they were easily available. Our chalet was excellently maintained ,spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a large terrace overlooking the nearby sea. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. Food in both restaurants was excellent with a good choice of local dishes and more familiar dishes. Yes there many steps to negotiate but I am 69 years old and managed without a problem and there is a Tuc-tuc on campus if required. The steps are a small price to pay for the delightful location.

  Amazing hotel not in the heart of trouble. We loved the pool villa and the service. Everyone was more than friendly. The hotel is in a cliff so you must know that you have to walk very high. The view is amazing. Unfortunatly they do not have a beach access directly. But you can walk there and use the other Centara hotel anytime. We enjoyed our stay very much.

  Came here for 4 nights with my wife and enjoyed our 1st half of our honeymoon. There really was nothing I can complain about in centara villas.. Great service and will use again. Recommended to all :)

  Centara villas is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you are wanting to relax and you like nature. The property has a unique charm and fabulous gardens. The location is excellent, and all staff are very kind, efficient and welcoming. This was my second visit and I hope to return again.

  Fantastic place

  All the staff were genuinely very friendly. The setting of the resort gives you some stunning views. The breakfast buffet was good quality and catered for most tastes, only ate in the restaurant a couple of times but again the quality was good. The shuttle service from the rooms to the lobby was excellent just one call and it was there within 2 mins. overall Thailand was an amazing experience , will miss it.

  Wonderful holiday

  The hotel management has fulfilled all my wishes and I and my husband spent a wonderful time with the utmost care of all the hotel staff. Room is comfortable and clean with a beautiful wiev. The swimming pools are excellent. This hotel provides quied, peace, relaxation and vhen you want, you can walk along the beach to the noisy turistic resort Karon, where there is plenty restaurants and shops.
