  Lovely family hotel, friendly, great Staff and food - very relaxing. The Check-in & Check-out went very smoothly, rooms are excellent and very well furbished. I liked the fact that they provided each guest with water, which is much needed in +31C. We will return :)

  Perfekt stay

  Perfect stay for a family with children. Friedly staff, children buffet, perfect and warm pools with attentive life guards, clean beach with gradual entry into the sea... Nothing to complain! Only the lift could be faster, but it really isn´t important...

  Good place for families.

  Beautiful place for families with kids. Excellent facilities. Poor restaurants and terrible check IN and check OUT service. I would love to go again as my kids really enjoyed the variety of activities.

  Fun For All!

  This hotel just smells beautiful and is a wonderful place for a family vacation. If you're someone with OCD you'll be safe there. There is a lot of entertainment for children and adults, the vibe is fun and you'll enjoy your stay there. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff are all amazing, friendly and warm. A special mention to Anushka and Roda from the Mirage Family Lounge for your hospitality! And Oness from the beachside team.

  Amazing amazing amazing place

  Highly recommend this hotel. By far the best hotel we have had the pleasure of staying in. The staff are so friendly and attentive, nothing is too much to ask. They are smiley, happy faces, amazing with children and always looking out for their safety around the pool, remembering our names and making us feel so comfortable everyday. The kids facilities were brilliant and very well enjoyed. The food was fantastic, very fresh and lots of options. The whole place is spotless and you can see how well it’s looked after everyday. I can recommend this hotel enough. Extra thank you to Lucky, Sophia, Peter for making River feel so happy here.

  Very nice hotel, pleasant stay!

  I can really recommend that hotel. Very nice food, good location, nice service. For families with kids under 10, probably one of the best choices in Dubai. The airport is in the near but not disturbing.

  Family Haven in a Bustling City

  I travelled to Dubai to go to Gulfoods Exhibition and we decided to make a family holiday out of it at the same time. Although not in downtown Dubai, Centara Mirage was easily accesible and gave a welcome break from all the hustle and bustle of Dubai. Our kids had the best holiday and a special shout out to Sophia in the kids pool who will forever be remembered by our daughters as she gave them more confidence in their swimming ability and she taught our 7 year old how to swim! Staff here are really welcoming and go above and beyond, another shout out to Sultan at Sheesh who made our meals more pleasurable with his pleasant humour and polite conversations. The Mirage family lounge was one of our favourite places to go relax between travelling to Gulfood exhibition and different tourist hotspots. Highly recommend for families travelling to Dubai for business or pleasure.

  Amazing stay, 100% Recommend

  This was our first holiday as a family of 5 (2 adults, 9yr old, 6yr old & 3yr old) to Dubai and we could not fault it! The Centara Mirage is an amazing hotel with superb facilities and staff. Unbelievability clean and more than enough for all the kids to enjoy and keep busy. We went for the all inclusive package which was ideal to cater for us all. Food is really good and all drinks are branded. Could really tell the difference compared to other all inclusive holidays we have a had before. Obviously this was an expensive holiday but you really do get what you pay for here. Already looking to book for for next Feb half term.

  Great place for family with kids. Kind personel. A lot of playgrounds. If at the beginning the would be an explanation about the careem app for ordering transport, it would be more great. The bread sometimes a bit old.

  Wonderful clean new hotel with amazing facilities

  One of the things a visitor expects in Dubai is level or service and Centara did not disappoint. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. JK and his team at Sands were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. JK ensured every breakfast that he had warmed gluten free bread for us which was great. Dining outside at Sands was lush. I would recommend Fully Inclusive for all guests. Food quality amazing and facilities wonderful for kids. Lifts and check in a bit slow and be warned you will need to leave a AED500 despoit in cash or credit card at check in.

  Excellent Resort

  Beautiful hotel with lots do for the kids. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful - shoutout to Patrick. Hotel smelt so nice and sea views are great. The snow on the beach however was was horrible -- all stoney and rough. All in all, thoroughly enjoyed my stay and e would definitely recommend.

  Family Holiday

  Brilliant place to stay with the family. We found all the staff very friendly. Lots to do for the kids leaving us parents to relax and enjoy the adults pool on occasions. The hotel is in a great location and not to far from the city center and attractions Dubai has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

  Centara resort

  The hotel was first class. All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Could not have done enough for us during our stay. The hotel was nearly new well maintained and spotless. A good choice of restaurants with food well prepared and presented. A great location for kids as the resort had a variety of pools ,lazy rivers and lots of facilities and activities. Although you could as an adult enjoy yourself in areas designated for adults if you had no kids. Rooms were well sized with all the mod cons and good wifi connections.

  Overall good Resort for famillies on the Sea side.

  Good and clean resort. Young and polite staff. Great service at reception. Good lifeguards (John/Eugene) at the beach Only complaint I have is the all night noise from the airplanes on City view side, total torture. The Sea side rooms are OK.
