  적절한 위치, 훌룡한 조식, 친절한 스텝

  시내 중심가에 위치해 있으며 큰 쇼핑몰과 지하에는 슈퍼마켓을 구비하고 있는 건물이다. 호텔 앞쪽으로는 소규모 먹거리 위주 야시장이 매일 서고있으나 일반적으로 생각하는 그런 야시장이 아닌 적절히 통제되어진 아주 소규모 야시장이다. 싼티쑥마켓이나 김용마켓과 가깝고 주변에 쇼핑몰이 많아 쇼핑하기엔 적절한 위치이지만 주변에 볼거리가 많진않다

  nice staff with good service mind, good breakfast and services. good location for shopping. nice music at the bar, comfy accommodation, prompt delivery of requested amenities when calling housekeeping.

  Convenient and great stay

  Hotel is closed to the markets, restuarants and shopping malls. Its facilities are convenient. Staff are warmed welcome and service minded. Breakfast buffet serve variety of food and beverages, both international and local dishes.

  above my expectation

  it would have been perfect if my stay had been in higher floor and nearer to my companion room.. Room is pretty clean, except that windows outside needs to be clean, it will obstruct the view when we take pictures.

  The place to be in Hat Yai

  Location of the hotel is superb. Near to ammenities.. shopping areas... markets.. halal foods are everywhere. All within walking distance. The hotel itself have good cafe and eatery area. The staffs are friendly and very helpful

  Good and polite front desk:)

  Front office team are so great. They can support everything I need. Especially Ms. Nachanok. When checking in, she provided all the check in information easy and clearly. Have any enquiries, she always respond on time. I'm really enjoy staying at Centara Hotel. ☺️

  Kudos to Centara!

  A Muslim friendly hotel and at the heart of Hat Yai town. My wife and I enjoied staying there. Security for our motorcycles are excellent too. Staffs there are friendly as well. My wife also love the cooking lesson at a reasonable fee. Well done!

  Great Hotel !

  Would like to command about the room paint, need to touch up some painting on the toilet door and the cabinet. The shower cubicle fix a glass door will be more useful. Toothbrush and plastic laundry bag must replace everyday.

  Hotel staffs provide excellent service and very helpful too. Besides, the location is just next to shopping mall and is the center of the city. Besides, hotel provide good choices for breakfast. Will continue be my first priority of choice in Hatyai.

  Bed is comfortable & room is cosy & clean but toliet too small & cramped for a standard room. Staff at front desk is friendly & polite. Good location & easy access to shopping mall at level 5 . Central festival

  Great Value Hotel

  Love that the rooms are quite sound proof so I can have peaceful stay in the room. Air-con is very good and buttons to adjust the temperature and wind level. Location is central with many eateries and shopping. Although there are many hotels around, Centara seems to be the only hotel with a drive-in for cars so easy access. The buffet breakfast is worth the value with a good spread. The only complaint is that the shower area doesn't have a door so the toilet floor will be very wet after bathing.

  perfect location for traveller

  no complains for this hotel. All services are good including friendly staffs. it is an old hotel and maybe need to refurnish soon? but it is clean and welly maintain. thanks for the service & free room upgrade by your front desk manager during my stay.

  Good Hotel.

  Good & clean hotel with a certain standard. Can stay, especially with its' excellent location. However, do hope it can provide more Chinese channels in the room television selections, as really too few.

  Location of the hotel

  Good location for shopping and market.. there is day and night market near to the hotel. A lot of food choice nearby the hotel. The access for private booking van is not so convenient. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
