    The location of the hotel was very centralised. Staff were extremely helpful. Overall we had a great experience staying there. The only shortcoming is the lack of power points in the room, even though the hotel did provide an extension cord.

    Excellent Staff service and Good Location
    The hotel staff provided excellent service from the moment we arrived until the check-in process was completed. The room we received was spacious, clean, and very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast service was also impressive, with staff recommending the hotel's signature dishes. The breakfast selection was diverse. Additionally, on the ground floor of the hotel, there was a stall selling roti with curry and Thai pulled tea, which was incredibly delicious. The lounge staff in the lobby were also very attentive and provided excellent service. However, some areas could be improved. The furniture in the lobby lounge was starting to show signs of wear, and the cleanliness of the building's exterior could be better, as there were stains that affected the view, especially when looking from the 6th floor or from a room on the 20th floor. The exterior glass had water stains, and the lobby restrooms appeared old, with faded counters. Despite this, the overall lobby area looked well-maintained. If I visit Hat Yai again, I will definitely choose to stay here because I truly appreciate the excellent service, the friendly and cheerful staff, and their willingness to assist guests. The staff members who provided excellent service during my stay were Khun Methee, Khun Buts, Khun Preeda and Khun Thawatchai.
