  This was the third time I had stayed at this hotel , all the staff were very professional the manager , Fe was outstanding in all departments and helpful she helped in all ways to make my stay comfortable and special , a big thank you to her and all the staff .

  The only downside was getting advise on the time for the pickup to the airport. I asked several times and was advised whom I booked through should advise. When I made contact via email to the booking agency ""Hello World" I was advised the Hotel would look after this. Someone has their process wrong.

  Pleasant facility

  Good place to relax and enjoy Pattaya. Friendly staff, comfortable bed in nice sized room. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with lots of food choices from western eggs and ham to Asian offerings. Something for everyone.

  Hotel stay

  We stayed at the Centara Nova Hotel & Spa Pattaya. Very nice hotel breakfast is good, lot of choice, rooms are clean with maid service everyday. Outside pool area is shaded in the morning, but full sun in the afternoon. We didn't spend much time in the pool area. Towels are given out at reception for pool/beach. The beach is quite a walk from the hotel. This wasn't a problem for us, as we enjoy walking. So if you have mobility issues, you will need to order a tuk tuk or taxi cab.

  Beautiful place to stay at CENTARA...

  This place has a very good food and staff ... In was overwhelmed by the service offered by them. The only problem is this stay is lil bit away from the main road ... It takes a walk of 10 to 12mins to go towards beach road

  Centara Nova

  Great hotel, have stayed a few times now because it's away from all the noise but still easily accessible. My only advice to anyone that wants to stay is don't stay on the ground floor unless you like to be woken up by early bird breakfast goers.

  Centara Nova Pattaya Review

  Centara Nova is a cosy family hotel with a great swimming pool and jacuzzi. Large rooms with Rain shower and a good balcony overlooking swimming pool. Friendly staff and 5 mins walk from Main street. Would return to Centara Hotels & Resorts.

  Visit to Pattaya

  Overall good. Hospitality and courteousness was excellent. I couldn't enjoy water sports at coral island. The rides were too short we could not see corals. It's better to visit Phuket if you are interested in nature.

  A short stay between flights

  A good experience, but my stay was too short to go into depthI Did not know the hotel from before and got it via booking.com. There was one hotel also named Centara near by which looks viery similar. with identical swimming pool and many similar features. I got confused as I thought it is my hotel.

  Nice hotel, large rooms and comfortable beds

  The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is below average for the price of the hotel. It is not a buffet style breakfast it is a set. The rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel also has a large car park. The location isn’t great if you don’t have a car but there are plenty of buses around.

  Wonderfull hotel in great location.really quiet at night .service and staff a+ very clean and short walk to plenty of action.pool was pretty quiet during the day but very relaxing with large sunbeds.would definitely return.

  Overall a good stay. Staff behavior is good. Location is nice as all needy stores just outside the hotel premises. even the currency exchange store is right there outside hotel. There are too many seven eleven stores and Indian restraunts outside

  Very nice hotel

  We traveled as a couple. Very clean room with great shower. Comfortable bed. Lovely personel of the hotel, very helpfull. A short walk to the city center (you can take a motorbike taxi - very cheap), but loved the peace at night. Would visit again if in Pattaya!

  Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and hallways were always very clean. The hotel's public restrooms were cleaned regularly. The hotel is a little out of the way about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach.
